History
Established in 2012.
After spending much time in kitchens throughout Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, Pastry Chef Nika Yazdani has finally started a custom-order only business. Offerings include cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate truffles, marshmallows, mini desserts, and more! Call or email for more information.

Business Owner
Iranian-born and raised in Texas, Nika grew up watching cooking shows at an early age, always excited to see what the chefs would create next. She began her culinary career at the exclusive French Pastry School in Chicago, and then continued on to Las Vegas as part of the opening team at the Wynn Hotel and Resort. After an additional four years at the MGM Grand, which included being the pastry chef at FiAMMA, Nika returned to Los Angeles where she was part of the pastry management teams at Red O and Bottega Louie. After a brief time at both SusieCakes and Towne Restaurant, Nika knew that soon it would be time to venture out on her own.
Nika credits her mother for her longtime passion for pastry, and her father for her attention to detail. Using both of these key traits she has recently launched her own business from home, Sugar Studio.
