I currently live in Las Vegas but am originally from Worcester and we had our bridal shower back home. We had our registry set up with Bed Bath & Beyond. Since we were from out of town we were expecting guests to either get us gift cards or ship the gifts directly to us. While we’re extremely thankful for the lovely gifts we received at the shower we were concerned about how we’d get the items home. I decided to call the store to see if we could return them here and have them shipped to our home. I spoke with Mike and he said that would be fine. When we got to the store the transaction was easy. I would def recommend this location because of the great customer service.

Had to return something here and it couldn’t have been easier. Forgot the receipt at home but they still gave me a full refund anyway. I do find that BB & B is a little on the expensive side and I don’t shop there without a 20% off coupon. They do however have a great selection and the quality of their products are decent. Overall I recommend this BB & B.

This is an OK BB&B location.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for anything kitchen wise they almost always have it.
Love that you can use as many 20% off coupons as you want on one order.
They have a really great selection of k-​cup coffees at this location.

Ghost town… Sweet staff, lots of stuff… I miss linens and things. Lots of stuff, some great brands and some cr-​ppy as seen on tv crud. It’s, stocked with stuff. Lots of stuff. Piled really high. Good return policy. And they have candy!
