Extremely dissatisfied. Went in for my physical with a fever and other symptoms. My doctor would not check any of my illness symptoms or check my temperature. Made me come back 3 days later to be seen for same illness and diagnosed me with illness for which I had no symptoms.
Also trouble with answering call service, waited over an hour for an on call doctor to call me back. The doctor was rude yelled at me and hung up on me. Refused to give me a referral to urgent care because I go to reliant and they are associated with Ready Med.
