Thank you Mosieur for the yummy gluten free crepes. My kids are gluten sensitive and never had crepes. It was their 1st time trying it. I think they are hooked now. Lol.

This place has amazing crepes!! they are a little pricey, but worth it!.. we ordered a banana split crêpe with a mocha cappuccino. Cappuccino was good but I just wish it was a little hotter. When we got our cappuccinos, they were warm.

You have to go there if you like good quality food. I love it there. No wonder they are always so busy. You cannot go wrong with this place. They have sweet and savory. My family looks forward to going there. It’s a treat.

The La Douceur was divine. La Tatin was good but La Douceur was better imo. I would highly recommend their sweet crêpe over the savory kind. We also ordered La Normandie, it was great at first bite but then it filled me up pretty quickly, I’m guessing the savory crêpe probably better if it were half the size(for me at least), or split it with someone else. Will be back for sure to try their other sweet heavenly crepes.

Had both the chicken pesto crêpe and prosciutto croissant here. Both were AMAZING. I can definitely say this place is a new favorite. They make your food to order so don’t expect it to be fast. I watched them season, grill, cut, and marinate my chicken especially for my crêpe! I would definitely recommend the prosciutto croissant. The prosciutto wasn’t extremely salty like some can be. Croissant was perfectly moist! The crêpe was good but was too much of the same flavor. It needs a side salad or needs to be shared. Parking is street parking and can be a pain Definitely will be back !

From my first try yesterday to my second taste today, I loved loved loved their crêpes and banana bread pudding. I can’t remember the name of the savory crêpe that I had but it had prosciutto, potato and cheese. Every bite was delicious and filling. My first try was to-go and even in the plastic container their food looked heavenly and tasteful. Neat and well put together. Second time was outside with my loud and big family. They all loved it as much as I did.

Quick tips! 1. Kind of a small seating area, but does include outdoor dining! 2. It can get kind of busy, but I did see someone reserve some seating! 3. They offer a wide range of crepes, salads, sandwiches, and even small dessert specials like croissant bread pudding. We came in on a lazy Sunday afternoon and wanted to have a nice little dessert. We were interested in their croissant bread pudding, but we ended up getting one of the dessert crepes too! I want to preface this by saying we are not crêpe lovers. We actually tried the other crêpe place in the mall and ended up hating those crepes. Thus, we had high hopes that Mousier Crêpe would be able to change our minds. However, it wasn’t the case. The strawberries on our crêpe were on the sour side, however, they did oblige for our small request to add their chocolate sauce all over our crêpe. They did stuff the crêpe quite well with strawberries, berries, and cream, which was appreciated. I think that overall if you like crepes, you would pretty much be over the moon with this place. Now onto the meat of our review, the croissant bread pudding, the pièce de résistance of our experience at Monsieur Crêpe. It is kind of magical and it’s something that you have to get while seated. They warm up the bread pudding for you and plate it with plenty of powdered sugar and caramel syrup. Every bite was amazing and it was a decent size too! Next time I intend to try the blueberry beignets, and their selection of savory crepes and salads. :)

I have been here twice and enjoyed my meal both times. However, I would recommend the crepes over the salads. The Goat Cheese Salad was simple enough, and conceptually a winner, but the execution just didn’t win it for me. I was really looking forward to the house made dressing.(French are known for their dressings, right?) Anyway, far from mind-blowing but good enough. In this context it pays to heed the name of the establishment and choose one of their carefully crafted crepes.

The baguette blueberry is gross, tasted kinda strange. It looked yummy from the outside, but the texture is kinda Doughy and tasted like glue. Their chocolate moose tasted old, used to be good!!!

This little shop is an amazing treat for your senses. We have purchased crêpe’s six different times, We have also had a salad and sandwich once. Oh … the espresso!!! Fabulous! They make everything fresh, from scratch, in the store on a daily basis. All the creams and sauces are made there. The only thing they don’t make there is the french bread. Super nice staff. Can get crowded. This is NOT fast food! It takes a bit to get your food, because it is all made to order. While your food is prepared, the aromas increase your anticipation. When plated, it looks like a piece of art. Then you take your first bite and your mouth sings. Wonderful experience to be savored.

First time here and definitely not my last! Let’s start off with the service. Service was amazing and accommodating. All the wait staff were friendly and polite. I was never left wanting or needing something. They came by my table often to see how me and my baby was doing very friendly. They even gave him a water bowl which was very nice of them. The food was definitely amazing I had the salmon crêpe. It was amazing. salmon was fresh along with the avocado. The only downside is the coffee. I might be becoming a coffee snob. But it just didn’t taste like good coffee. I had to add sugar which I normally don’t if it’s a good cup of coffee. But other then the coffee. I had an amazing experience. Definitely will return with my baby.

3.5 stars I came here on a Sunday afternoon to grab lunch and I thought overall it was mediocre. It’s a very small café with some outdoor seating on the sidewalk. I think I came during the lunch rush so the food took about 30 minutes to get to our table after ordering. Our drinks came about 15 minutes before that. 1. La Douceur I wasn’t a big fan of this one. It tasted alright, but my friend thought it was missing something else to it. 2. La Vegan I think this was the best dish out of the 3 we ordered. The vegetables were sautéed nicely and tasted great. 3. Grilled Chicken Goat Cheese Sandwich The chicken tasted good with the goat cheese, but the bread that it was put in was seriously really hard. I got tired of chewing after a few bites and ended up just eating it as an open face sandwich. The service was good. I understand it was busy so the waitresses were running around doing as much as they can, but overall I think the food was just good enough to get me full. I don’t know if I would come back though.

Five stars! I have been wanting to come here since I was pregnant but never made it in until a few weeks ago. I ordered a crêpe with Nutella, mango, strawberry, and banana. Talk about crêpe heaven! It was delicious, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and casual, and I don’t know how I haven’t been back since. I have to make this place a usual spot for sure.

Cool little crêpe spot in Sierra Madre neighborhood. Its chef/owner is French, so he knows how to make legit crepes! They have a solid list of both sweet and savory crepes to choose from, as well as other brunch options. They also have outside seating, which is what we did on a cloudy Saturday morning. Overall, the sweet crepes are the much better than the savory ones, and service can be slow on weekends, thus was the case for us. Definitely, a cute spot for a brunch date or even brunch with friends/family. Maybe I will return, but only if I am in the area.

A small French café located within a strips of shops in the old town of Sierra Madre. For the crêpe lover, they have an extensive menu of different types of crepes. I usually try the very basic crêpe with butter, without the additional of fruits, syrups which overrides the originality of the crêpe, on my first visit. The crêpe with butter was pretty good! Crêpe is freshly made, soft and fluffy. Tried the croissant bread pudding, was pretty good. Food takes a while to be served but that’s because they make it fresh so we don’t mind the wait.

I was looking for something different for breakfast so I landed here, and it was fabulous. Since it was breakfast I went with non-ice cream crêpe and picked the La Ocean, salmon with sour cream and avacados, I had the house coffee and was very satisfied with the experience. Enjoy

Came here the day after Christmas… needless to say I was hungover and wanting some yummy eats. The BF Unilocaled a place near by and there we were. The food was good. I ordered the banana split crêpe. Ice cream for breakfast? Eff it. He had the Normande. Both were really good my only gripe is that the food took FOREVER. Even our coffees. While I understand that they aren’t a fast food restaurant, the food should not have taken THAT long. Nevertheless, the food is really great and I would definitely pop in. Maybe on a weekday when they’re less busy.

We came here for some dessert after visiting a park nearby. What can I say? This place is definitely 5 star!!!(I’ll give it 10 stars if I could). When we first arrived, a lady who took our order disappeared right after. Since we weren’t paying attention and kept on waiting for over 20 minutes, we finally approached the front desk asking the owner/chef where our drinks were. They were very embarrassed and upset that we were sitting there without our drinks. They immediately made up for it by fixing them up quickly. After that, our crepes came one after another. Everyone was loving it. The service was definitely great there after. They came over to check up on us, picked up the table and kept asking us if we need anything else. Overall, I had a wonderful experience eating it. Their dessert crêpe was definitely amazing and I will come back here for it again.

Up early on a Saturday morning, strolling thru Huntington Gardens when we decided Le Petit Dejeuner was in order. Located in the little«downtown» section of Sierra Madre, there’s plenty of free street parking. We were able to grab a spot, right up front. Its definitely a little café and not a full service restaurant. Place your order at the register and they bring it out. There’s seating inside & out, but its limited. Drinks? Cappuccino & Mocha. They were delicious. The Food? I have to admit, that not only did we order 1 round of breakfast food, we ordered a second. QUELPORC! BUT, it was sooo good and we wanted to try more. Round 1: Quiche Lorraine-the cheese on this was Wonderful. It came with a side green salad(a little too much dressing, but the strawberries were fresh). La Normande-French ham, Brie, caramelized onions, sliced apples on a crêpe. I only got to try one bite and it was Delicious. Round 2: La Sucre-your simple sugar & melted butter crêpe w/homemade Chantilly(I couldn’t finish, but the crêpe was thin and finished by teens at my house) La Tatin-Caramelized apples, vanilla ice cream, homemade Chantilly & salted caramel sauce(hubby finished this one, too!) Sooo glad I found this thru Unilocal because everything was Parfait!

My first time here was actually the first stop on a very memorable first date. It was nice and warm inside, as we shared a delicious fruit-filled dessert crêpe. During our next visit, I ordered the La Pistou(savory crêpe), generously filled with cubed grilled chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes, and plenty of pesto sauce to satiate even the most pesto fan. This is definitely a must-order as it’s quite filling, as the fresh spinach and slivers of baby tomato really compliments the thin crêpe skin. we also shared a delicious mocha that wasn’t too sweet and had just the right amount of foam on top. This is probably the best savory crêpe I’ve ever had. I do prefer more of the Japanese-style rolled dessert crepes, but the French style that’s served here is still a winner in my book.
