I thought this company did a good job until weird white chalk lines began to appear over the entire deck. You can’t get them to come out to look at them and my contractor now tells me that Alex said I allegedly did something to the deck to make it happen. Warranty no theres no warranty cause they won’t even come out to look at the problem.

Alex, the owner and operator, is a super nice guy who knows his stuff. He was able to get my 10×10 balcony waterproofed and refinished in two days. They also fixed the grade so that water moves away from the walls at it should. As far as I can tell, my balcony no longer leaks and channels water where it should go.
