I can’t believe that this place does not have 5 stars! Amazing breakfast burritos and chicken club. Everything is good here!

I was driving by on my way to class and had some time to kill. I saw this place and decided to give a try. I was greeted with warm smiles by everyone there. I was chating it up with the cook who recommended the breakfast burrito. I tried it and it was delicious. He place is warm and inviting the restrooms were clean. Overall a great experience!

Love this place. I come here a lot because it’s right by work. I’ve never had a bad experience. The girls at the counter and cooks are always courteous. They’ve made orders for me that aren’t even on the menu and turned out great. I recommend their breakfast burrito, french toast, burgers, and chili cheese fries. So yummy! And they out do themselves on the bacon. You’ll never get just two pieces of bacon like other breakfast joints. Bacon overload!

I love this place. The food is very good, especially the veggie breakfast burrito and zucchini fries are delicious. But what elevates this place to 5 stars is the great staff and service.

One of the best breakfasts you can eat! Good Coffee too! I would of gave it an extra star but they changed their bacon to a less great tasting brand-Thinner too! :(

Clean, reliable go-to diner. I’ve really only been here for breakfast burritos. They are large, not super greasy and priced competitively for the area. The bacon is crispy, the hashbrowns have the right amount of crunch on the edges and there is salsa included inside. The best thing about Golden Eagle is that they open at 6:00 a.m. on weekdays! Perfect for those who don’t want to wait until the weekend for their breakfast burrito fix.

This review is based on food only. My office decided to order lunch from this restaurant. Called in my order on Friday at 11am on Boss’ s Day so I was expecting a wait. I had a large order but they estimated a 30 minute wait which was not bad at all. We went to pick up the food. The employees were as nice as can be and they had no issues ringing up several orders so everyone could get a receipt for their order. I ended up getting the pastrami sandwich with a small order of fries. The sandwich was sooo good! It was huge, very filling, and the quality of pastrami top notch. I also got a lot of fries which were also cooked and seasoned perfectly. Big portions for a great price! Very satisfied customer and will definitely be coming back for more! :)

We tried the breakfast burritos here, based on quite a few reviewers and we were not disappointed! Chili-cheese fries were delicious. Have yet to try the pastrami. Definitely the best breakfast burritos in town. Breakfast burrito is the bomb!

I love this place. I don’t mind driving from Canoga Park(about 50 minutes drive) to have breakfast here. The food is delicious and the service is the best, every single crew member is friendly and polite. Even when they’re super busy(most of the time) they don’t get mad or frustrated at customers, unlike other places. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

First impressions: Bright and clean. I like the fact that they had an order counter you didn’t have to wait for a waitress. They bring you your order with a number at your table the food was excellent sausage special was six dollars. Coffee wasn’t weak, which is a good sign, after years of trying Denny’s and other diners with notoriously weak coffee. Four sausage links huge order of perfectly done hash-browns four slices of toast three eggs! Even though some say that it’s hard to screw up breakfast, it is, and the Golden Eagle Restaurant will show you how to make a great breakfast, done right.

Good spot to grab a quick lunch or breakfast. I normally get the tuna melt for lunch. Portions are huge, fries are nice and crisp. Parking lot is big, so that’s not an issue. Wait can get a little long. We’ve seen the cooks make some off menu items that was making our mouth water.

This is my spot for breakfasts and coffee! The grilled ham and cheese along with egg and ham sandwich is really good! Simple egg, ham, tomatoe and lettuce. I order ahead of time and just pick up for the days I’m running late. The cooks are hilarious and always friendly. My only complaint is the massive amount of smoke that builds up inside. I really wish they could open up a door or have a better ventilation system. I always smell like food when I leave and spray my clothes with body spray in the parking lot… yes, I am THAT lady.

Love hole in the wall breakfast & burger joints! Been here a few times. Normally get the bacon cheeseburger but today I got the breakfast burrito… OHMYGOD. JUST. PERFECT. Bacon had the right crisp to it, pico de gallo added freshness to every bite, eggs nice and fluffy and the hash browns perfectly cooked. I opted for bacon only since I’m not a big fan of sausage.(That’s what she said.) There was a time though when we had lunch here and I ordered the onion rings on the side. We all agreed it had this funky taste to it. Besides that every visit here we’ve never had a problem and our food tastes great.

After a long run along the beach in Long Beach(lol), my boyfriend and I decided to ruin our workout and gorge on some unhealthy food. I always wanted to try this place out because their breakfast burritos looks pretty good. This restaurant is similar to every casual breakfast/lunch/dinner spot in Long Beach, similar to Douglas and Fantastic Burgers. For this visit, I didn’t get a breakfast burrito; we decided to really go out and we ended up getting a french toast combo, Denver omelette, and a chili cheese fries with pastrami to share. Everything was pretty good, made quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. Also, portions are pretty good… we ended up a lot of leftovers to eat later. Overall, I was pleased with my meal here, and I would come here again for the same items(especially the chili cheese fries topped with pastrami!) and also try out the breakfast burrito!!!

OK… Let me preface this review with the following disclaimer. I am not, nor have I ever been, a «regular» to this here burger joint. That said, I’ve been here on a few different occasions, always for lunch only and I’ve only tried the sandwiches(burgers, pastrami). My most recent visit prompted this review. Why, you might ask? One word… Beer. Yep, good ol’ fashioned, hop infested, barley malted beer. On this particular visit, I had the ABC Burger(avocado, bacon & cheese) and Onion Rings. I really needed something comforting cuz I stopped in here after a frustrating, hair pulling adventure at the DMV offices down the street, but that’s another review in itself. So I’m sittin’ in here, all by my lonesome, scarfing down on this,(sarcastically speaking), decadent little tid bit of a burger when in strolls a grandma, grandpa and granddaughter. They go to the counter, place a «to go» order and proceed to sit in the booth next to mine while waiting. Grandma has to «relieve» herself and gramps waits in the booth with the little one. Low and behold, when Grammy comes back to the booth, Gramps heads off to the counter and returns with,(drum roll please…), a pair of Budweiser bottles, one for him and one for Grammy!!!(The kid gets a chocolate milk, no beer). Really? Beer in a «Tommy’s style» burger joint? Yes in-deedee. Too bad I’m only there for lunch AND during working hours. My kinda burger joint!!! But, back to the food… The ABC is a delicious little booger,(er, I mean, burger), as are the Onion Rings. The Turkey Burger is as just about as good as any I’ve ever had in a similar type establishment and the fried zuchinni isn’t bad either!!! The place is clean, the service, generally speaking, is pretty fast and they don’t charge for soda refills. Only beer :-(
