The drive thru person told me to wait rudely and never proceeded to talk after 10 mins

Horrible customer service did not listen to my order and got order wrong & snatched the bag when I returned food to them. Told me I had to wait until the line went down after they inconvenienced me. A 15 minute waiting time turned to 45. Not happy.

Would have given this place one star but food made up for it even though it wasn’t correct… only reason I come to this place is because it’s the closest to my house. Once again they messed up on two orders smh and these employees want $ 15 an hour. It’s kind of hard to validate when you forget to put mushrooms on a mushroom burger and bacon on a turkey bacon sandwich

4 stars for a Jack in the Box… Whaaaat?! I had to go out of my way to rate this location after my late night experience. First of all — the dining room is open late, til 3AM I think which was excellent because I really needed a restroom after having a few beers at the club across the street. Which leads me to my second wow moment… These bathrooms were clean, I mean spotless, which is quite the feat at 2AM on a Friday night. And lastly the service was excellent, no attitude or rolled eyes from the staff and all the right pleases and thank you’s. They miss a star this time because my egg rolls took a while and were overcooked… I think they got a little backed up in the drive-thru or something. But everything else came out fine and I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness. I will be back.

Pretty standard fast-food joint. Quick, clean, efficient. Sounded like I was describing a hit-man instead of a restaurant, but I digress.

LIGHTENUPPEOPLEITISONLYJACKINTHEBOX, Ever heard of don’t judge some one until you walk a mile in their shoes? It applies here. As a kid I used to work at a JACKINTHEBOX and it was hard ass work for little pay. So before anyone starts rattling off on how bad their experience was, you try working here and see how happy you will be, For the JIB employees that do work there. If you like it great if you dont find a job that you will like and try to make everyone that does visit your JIB a good experience. Without their biz you would have no job. Peace out

OK this review doesn’t really follow my others. It doesn’t take much to make me happy. If i go to a restaurant all i want is a nice experience good food and good customer service. This place is always 50⁄50. So days I get this im in and out in minutes or im sitting inside talking to friends and family. Now. for the other. Many times I have ordered from this location and upon arriving at home items are missing, Items have been wrong and lastly some items have just been over or under cooked. Customer service seems as though these employees do not want to be here and they make sure we know it. Simple task like asking for extra condiments gets you an attitude. Do i still go here … Sadly yes its literally 2 blocks away from me. I check my food now before i leave and i make sure to speak clearly so there’s never confusion.

What can I say about Jack in the Box? It always hits the spot late at night or really anytime of the day. Their staple is sourdough bread. You can substitute it on any sandwich(additional charges) and it takes the burger or chicken to a new level. The(drive-thru) staff is always friendly when I come through. They always get my special requests right and they always ask if I want any condiments with my order.

I am not a huge fan of fast food period, but we all have that moment of weakness or was it too much to drink? It is generally always the latter for me so if I am to eat fast food and you need that greasy badness in your belly immediately… Well Jack In the Box is as good as any.

This location always seems like the workers are extra challenged to take your order. They can’t stand simple request and if they get your order wrong they are rude about it. I know it’s just jack in the Box, but I don’t want to be confronted while having a quick dinner. I recommend other locations, as most of the employees at this one are useless and rude and will probably get your order wrong as they usually do.

I’ve been coming to the bobble head themed, 24hour drive thru, 99cent tacos, best curly fried EVERRESTAURANTFOR20 years! Back then it wasn’t as popular. Now, they’re everywhere. My go to spot for late night teriyaki chicken bowls! This place has the best curly fries around. I don’t know any other drive through that has curly fries & two tacos for 99cents! Yum

I am convinced that the later it is, the better the food at Jack In The Box becomes. I’m usually disappointed with lunch. I dunno why they suck so much during the day. Maybe it’s the slower pace, or maybe it’s cuz I’m drunk(only as a passenger kids, never while driving) but any time I’ve truly enjoyed food from Jack In The Box has been late at night. As further evidence, I submit the Munchie Meal. Available only after 9pm, and aimed squarely at stoners(whether Jack admits it or not), the Munchie Meal is a box of random food scavenged from other parts of the menu. It should be a disaster, but surprisingly it’s(mostly) delicious. It comes with two tacos, a drink, half-curly/half-regular fries(«Halfsies»), and one of four sandwich/entrée options. I went with the Stacked Grill Cheese Burger, as it seemed the least ridiculous. It’s basically a grilled cheese sourdough sandwich on top of another sourdough burger. Other options are an Exploding Cheesy Chicken Sandwich with mozzarella sticks and gooey white cheese sauce(exploding gooey white cheese sauce. Let that sink in for a min); Loaded Nuggets covered in Ranch, bacon, and cheese; and a Brunch Burger served on a croissant with bacon, egg, and a hash brown. Okay that last one sounds really good actually. The fries were a bit disappointing, even if the bar is already pretty low. But they are loosely tossed into the box with the rest of the food, so they don’t stay hot very long. And the Curlies I got were under seasoned. The tacos are the tacos. Love em or hate em, this meal won’t change your mind. But chances are if you’re willing to try a Munchie Meal at all, you’re the kind of person who loves em. Now I’ve tried previous experimental burgers from here before, and they’ve all sucked. The Stacked Burger, The Hot Mess, The Really Big Chicken Sandwich. They were all pail imitations of what was pictured. Limp, crooked, shambling masses. All gross,(and all eaten during the day btw). But the Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger was neatly wrapped and placed into the big Munchie Meal box, insulated by those loose packaging fries. So silver lining for the fries: they protect your burger. WIth threes pieces of sourdough bun, this could have easily been too much bun. But luckily those buns housed extra cheese. So what you get is a super cheesy cheeseburger on toasted sourdough. And it was pretty darn good. So for six bucks you get a meal and half. And it’s not the worst thing on the menu. And it’s all thanks to being served at night.

I almost turned around after pulling in to the parking lot and having to wait for one of the employees to slowly meander across the parking-lot while texting on her phone. She had no concern for my car or the others that were blocking street traffic while we waited for her to go about her business. The person taking my order repeated my order wrong twice at the menu, and twice again at the window. I was so irritated with this experience that I forgot to ask for the taco sauce that she neglected to offer with my tacos. I am actually thankful for this reminder to stop eating fast food! Thanks for the service! Much appreciated!

This is our regular breakfast stop. When we go in the mornings the drive thru is quick and reasonably accurate, the staff is friendly, and the food as savory as we have found for quick drive-thru breakfast. The quality can be inconsistent, but on average still beats the closer-to-home McDonalds and at its best is terrific. Being able to order from the full menu 24⁄7 is a big plus; sometimes you just want a meaty breakfast burrito, whatever time it is. The Jack tacos have always been a bit odd — very greasy, low on vegetables, almost a tortilla hot pocket of seasoned meat. But they’re cheap. My favorite cheap item is the Jumbo Jack without cheese — it’s got a great balance of condiments that works well with the meat. Less greasy than Carl’s Jr., less bland than McDonalds, it’s up there with Wendy’s for burger quality. The Sirloin burger on the egg bread bun is vastly better than the other fast food Angus burgers. I could do without the fries, and –usually do. For breakfast items, the eggs taste like eggs — not as true of other fast food. When it’s busy, the parking lot is a mess, with drive thru and parked cars competing for the few feet of free space. But we tend to arrive at off-peak hours so this isn’t a problem.

Oh Jack… what a good hangover cure you are. How can anyone argue with breakfast availability 24⁄7? Breakfast is the best meal invented ever. I recently discovered that they have mozzarella sticks… when did the hand of God place these here!!! Oh my goodness, breakfast and mozzarella sticks are my two favorite things in the world. Anyway, this store is actually not that bad at all. There is one girl that was working a couple times when I was in here who was very nice and friendly. The manager was working one day as well and he seemed very personable. I don’t know what everyone else’s problem is. Maybe I’m just getting too used to the ghetto? O:

Wow all of these bad reviews for a fast food place. News flash, it’s FASTFOOD! I have been here many times and usually it is pretty good. This time, for some reason the chicken sandwich I got actually tasted better then I have had in the past. All of the times I have been here, my order has been correct. Was the food always good, not really but you get what you pay for. Why come here then you ask? If your lazy and don’t want to cook and it is only five minutes from your house, then this place make a good stop. Other then that, find something better. As for the drug dealers and hookers that one reviewer pointed out, this location is on the corner of PCH and Redondo. What did you expect to be here, Bentleys and cute poodles. Yes, it is a little ghetto but you probably should have realized that before you even stopped by. It really isn’t that bad.

«My name is David and I’m addicted to fast food.» «Hi, David!» At this point my love of fried processed foods is well known, so it might be surprising to hear that I’ve never been to Jack In The Box. I guess you can blame it on geography because they don’t exist in Atlanta, although that’s a lame excuse because I’ve been to the west coast enough to have at least tried it once. Well, today’s the day. Adam H. popped my cherry(that’s a whole ‘nother story, but I digress…). I was overly impressed with how clean everything was. This store is either new or recently remodeled because most of the interior has been updated with their new branding material. Unfortunately, the men’s bathroom has already been tagged and the sink looks like a prison tattoo practice sleeve. My inaugural meal was the Chicken Fajita Pita off of the«Something Different» menu. It was definitely something different, but I was looking across at my friend’s burger thinking about how much tastier it looked. The portions are small and the pita wasn’t all that. I feel like my $ 7 would have been better spent for lunch somewhere else. #Yelp365 — 27⁄365
