Rasy was my father’s mortgage consultant as well as mine and we both were very happy about our home buying experiences! Not only was she highly knowledgeable, efficient, extremely diligent and professional, but she is also courteous, friendly and an all around positive and bright person to work with. I am a first-​time buyer, and she answered all of my questions clearly, looked out for my best interests, and always kept me well informed of everything I needed to know (which was basically everything since I knew nothing!). You can really tell she loves what she does, which made me have that much more confidence in her. She is an exceptional consultant, and I would definitely would love to work with her again in the future. I have the highest recommendation for Rasy!

I was able to get into my home that I love because of Rasy! From the begginning to end she went above and beyond to get my husband and I into the home we wanted so badly and now we are happily living there. She made the pre-​approval process quick and was able to get us qualified for an amount we thought we wouldnt get! When we got our offer accepted, she got our loan going right away and stayed on top of everything. She got us into the best program at a great interest rate. Rasy was even able to get our docs ready before the expected date. Our loan was contingent on selling our condo. My husband and I went through such a stressful time securing a good buyer as we went through several that fell out of escrow. Rasy made sure that our loan for our new purchase would not fall apart and consistently communicated with us. She made the process so easy and helped take off a lot of stress for us. We had the opportunity to work with Rasy Sor, the best loan agent my husband Steve and ever worked with. I was referred to Rasy a few years ago through a mutual financial planner. Last year, we attempted to refinance but it wasn’t the right time. A few months ago, I received a call from Rasy to let me know that she checked property values and now may be the time to refinance! We started the process, got the appraisal and we were in great shape. Rasy was a great communicator through the whole process. It was quite refreshing to receive top notch customer service. We had previous experiences that were quite the opposite so we were so grateful to work with Rasy. She walked us through the entire process, had excellent follow through, and made herself available after hours via phone and text messages. She was always pleasant and patient with us. We were able to arrange to have a notary come on a Saturday to sign loan documents. She is just a delight to work with and very knowledgable. Rasy is our go to person for loans and will refer family and friends to her for help. Thank you Rasy for making a tedious process of refinancing a process a pleasant experience!

My husband and I were referred to Rasy Sor by a mutal friend. Rasy has assisted us in our home purchase and just recently a streamline refi. In each process she walked us thru it, was always available (even after hours when she should be out of office). She monitors our property and periodically will send us updates on the current rates, our property value, etc.
Honestly, she never made us feel like a customer. What most would consider customer service, is just her nature. She will let you know if a loan is the best for you or not. She’s not just worried about her commission.
We have personally referred her several times to friends and family members and will continue to do so.
I’ve told her several times and would tell anyone who asks… SHE’S THE BOMB!

New Horizon was recommended to me by my Sister after buying her home a couple years ago. Our first home buying experience was awful due to lack of attention by our agent and inability to get the necessary paperwork in on time so I was skeptical to say the least. We decided to take her advice and words cannot describe how glad we are we did. Our agent Sheilla immediately began working on the sale of our home, scheduling open houses, setting out flyers and ensuring our home had maximum exposure on all major real estate apps and websites. Our home sold within 3 weeks and escrow closed flawlessly and on time. We decided to use Sheilla and the New Horizon team for the purchase of our new home as well and the outcome was identical. Herself and the staff are very knowledgeable and resourceful and with their persistence we were ready to close on our new home with a VA loan in less than 30 days which is a challenge to say the least. I hope this is our home to stay, but if not, there is no doubt who I’m using from here on out.

My loan officer, Rasy, was great. I met her sometime ago and casually mentioned that if rates dropped, I’d appreciate a call. Six months later, she did call. I was able to save $ 150 on my monthly mortgage and she’s walked me through the entire refinance process. She was always available to answer questions, even when I asked the same questions several times. I felt like she had my best interest at heart and the loan process was very smooth. I was able to sign documents on a Saturday, most items were completed online, and the notary came to my house. Everything was made very convenient for me. I would feel confident to refer her to a friend. She is professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. Shop around, but I think this company has competitive rates, plus you’ll get great customer service!

Willie explained all the #‘s and what they mean. In the end he even reduced my up front out of pocket expenses which I am extremely grateful! And I got a great rate!

I wasn’t sure what to think when using a non-​big bank lender. I am a member of a credit union and have accounts at a big bank and just assumed I’d use one of those when buying my home. A friend of a friend told me about this place and told me they were awesome to work with, and he was wrong — they are better!
The personal attention, communication, and flexibility were all beyond my expectations. I was know I was treated more than fairly and got a great rate. I had options on X or Y and it was explained to me in terms I could understand and know am much more knowledgeable about the home buying (or refinancing) process than I thought I would ever be.
Using New Horizon Home Loans was a great decision as I got more support and attention that I would have from the stage coach or even my credit union. Next time Im buying (or refinancing) Im using them for sure!
