History

Established in 2013.

BT Shuttle was established by former employees of other local transportation companies in Washington DC area. After analyzing the different reasons why the other companies fail to provide adequate service to their clientele, we came together with the belief that clients deserve better and we can provide better service. We do so by providing a quality ride at low cost. We insure reliability under all circumstances and we make sure our drivers are happy working with us and therefore represent us well. We can proudly claim to have provided satisfaction and peace of mind to all our clients since we officially started and we thank them for trusting us with their most important trip plannings.

Ben is the type of person who likes to do it all with a variety of training and skills ranging from computer sciences to road construction engineering. Ben also has extensive experience in customer service and has managed several restaurants and transportation businesses in the Washington Metro Area. He is known to make people feel satisfied with his services just with his friendly and winsome smile. His work ethic, competitive edge, and care for customers have made him a remarkable individual and we are pleased to have him on our side.
