They’re building this place up. It was known as City Place and the up and coming Elsworth plaza will have stores like Michael’s, Dave and Busters, and many various retailers that are needed for this once abandoned ghost mall for teenagers. I’ll update the review after its completion.

Still has a long way to go. Not enough shops present to give a worthwhile rating, Its mostly empty, and even with the grand opening of TJ Maxx there just isn’t enough civilian foot traffic; especially ramping up for the holidays. Hopefully with the mid-2016 mall grand re-opening with shops such as ROSS, Foot Locker, Michaels, D&B and Not Your Average Joe’s, more folks will be willing to drive to this area for a unique shopping experience. I just hope that we’ll get some higher-end shopping options as well, as every store I enjoy spending money at is in Bethesda/Rockville.

It’s such a short walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station! My boyfriend and I love how convenient it is to DC. And there’s so much to do in Downtown Silver Spring, too! Can’t wait for the grand reopening of Ellsworth Place.
