PNC Bank

I love this branch I have been coming here for years.
Friendly staff. Have my business accounts and personal accounts here. Never had a problem!

Completely incompetent. Usually when people are doing complicated business (setting up accounts, getting a second person on an account, etc.), you get to sit down and talk to someone. Here, they just gave us a piece of paper to fill out, which didn’t do at all what we had requested, and gave us the run-​around. I just ended up going to another branch because I could never get a straight answer from this one. They even spelled my partner’s name wrong on important documents.
These people have no idea what they’re doing, and there are two other branches in close proximity that are competent. Go there instead.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. This is actually the WORST bank I’ve ever transacted business with in my lifetime. I worked for a very large financial institution and I was appalled at how poor the service is at this branch.
It took the staff over a month to set up an account (which should only take a day) and I had to return to the branch three times. I called several times to ask account questions and I was constantly given the wrong answer.
The service is a complete and utter joke. I wonder how the staff is able to get through a full day with their lack of knowledge. I only opened the account for business purposes as I needed a bank with a branch in NY. As soon as I sell my business, I will take my accounts elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER bank at this branch unless you’re doing something simple like a deposit. The staff is not capable of handling anything more complex.

The location of this bank is extremely convenient… The service of this bank is just average!
