Lighthouse Property Management’s goal is to guide the association board of directors and apartment building owners in maintaining the beauty and value of their communities and protect owners’ investments. Our management team will design a customized program that also works to enhance communication and create a true sense of community ownership for your neighborhood and tenants.

Established in 2001.

We manage from large to small communities which include Apartment Building, Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, Cooperative Association and Mobile Homes Communities.

Our team of certified property managers, assistant property managers, and support staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service, while catering to the unique needs of each individual community. We offer complete servicing in administration, financial management (including bankruptcy prevention and mitigation) for communities and property maintenance with the latest advancement in property management software to solve the complex issues presented in today’s communities. In addition, we also assist Association in getting approval for their (FHA) Federal Housing Administration requirement.

Our company goal is to guide the Association Board of Directors and apartment building owners in maintaining the beauty and value of their communities.
