I can’t speak to quality of work yet bc after 40 days, I still haven’t gotten my car back, but I can speak to their extremely poor and rude customer service. As I said, I sent my car to be repaired 40 days ago. I’ve been given at least 3 dates of completion, today being the latest. This time last week, I was told my car would be ready but they found something else that needed to be fixed; my windshield. It’s taken them an entire week to fix my windshield, which is ridiculous since there are services that will fix a windshield in a day. My car insurance will only cover 30 days for a rental car. As you can imagine, I can’t go 10 days without a means of transportation. As I attempted to speak to someone at this shop, they kept talking over me, and when I asked if they could help with some of the extra charges I have to pay for a rental car since they took their sweet time fixing my car, they flat out refused and told me to go ahead and write a bad review. So here’s the bad review. For any service-based business to be this rude, inconsiderate, and lackadasical is beyond unthinkable. It’s even worse considering what I was asking for wasn’t very much. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.
