History

Established in 2005.

Details Property Management is dedicated to being the acknowledged leader in service and professionalism in Kitsap County. We have over 20 years of combined management experience and are involved in our local chapter and national committees of NARPM (National Association of Residential Propety Managers).

We focus on managing single family and small, multi-​unit residential complexes in the Kitsap County area of Washington. We are happy to say that the majority of our clients come from referrals and we continue to strive to live up to the «Details» name.

Meet the Business Owner

Heidi H.

Business Owner

I have been involved in property management in various capacities since 1992. From a bookkeeper to a full time property manager, a rental owner to a management consultant I’ve been on all sides of the equation.

I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington (go Dawgs!) and a Managing Broker’s license in the state of Washington. I also hold the RPM «Residential Management Professional» designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. In 2013 I will be serving as the national Governmental Affairs Committee Chair for NARPM.
