First of all, don’t listen to the haters. This man is amazing. My English bulldog, Winston took a big dump all over carpet, on the walls… it was disgusting and sad because he was sick and couldn’t help it. This man is a wizard bc he made those poop stains disappear. Bless his carpeting cleaning heart for doing it! Highly recommend this carpet angel!

I had schedule a carpet cleaning appointment for 12Jan2016 from 1pm — 3 pm. On the day of the appointment no one showed up between the time frame I was promised. I called and a young lady advised my appointment was for 21Jan2016, which was incorrect. I have a very busy, full schedule and the 12^th was the only day I was available to be home for a few hours. With my frustration the lady placed me on hold while contacting the technician, which took 20 mins of hold time. No one wants to be on hold for 20 mins, maybe offering to give a call back once aware of the technicians schedule?
After the 20 mins of waiting, she said the tech could be there between 4pm — 6 pm. I told her that was fine, yet frustrated that I have already been waiting since 1pm that afternoon. The technicians arrived before 4pm, which was great, but he argued with me about the price I was quoted over the phone and wouldn’t give me the 15% off with the coupon I had printed out prior from your website.
I am beyond dissatisfied with the level of service I received from your company and will not be calling again for service. I will also advise my friends, family and cliental of this incident.

I have been using Trad at All Green Carpet and Floor Cleaning for several years now to clean my carpets and area rugs. (This time I had him do some re-​stretching as well). So very pleased and happy with the quality of service and reasonable prices. He does a great job getting rid of spots and the carpets look fantastic when he’s done. I like that he uses non toxic chemicals which is important for my family and pets health. Best of all I like his thoroughness and professionalism. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies I’ve used in the past he takes the time to dry the carpet w/​blowers so it is practically dry by the time he leaves versus waiting 6 hours for it to dry on its own and then being stiff.
He is the one that always does the work and being the owner of his company it is evident that he cares about quality of his service. I like the continuity of the having the same person working on my carpets each time. Also he answers the phone (as I hate playing phone tag voice mails with companies). He is reliable and has always shown up on time and is careful w/​my furniture and cleans up nicely afterwards. I recommend him to any of my friends needing carpet or floor cleaning.
It is disappointing to find out there are other carpet cleaning services with the same name causing people to incorrectly give poor feedback for the wrong company. Make sure it is the All Green whose owner’s name is Trad.

Got him recommended by a very picky friend who has monthly cleanings. He was prompt, thorough, professional. Price as quoted.
He mentioned that there is a company with a very similar name in the area; he states they are responsible for bad reviews. I can’t vouch for that, but Trad was great.

Excellent service arrived at time he said he would and was finished in a good amount of time so I could go on with the rest of my day. Need someone fast call them short notice or not he is available

The owner of this company is truly a professional from prep work to guarding my furniture from the hose. We called on a late after hours emergency cleaning as our gran doggie got sick all over my carpet. We texted him the address and he was there immediately. His price was extremely fair so we had him do extra work as well. I will recommend him to all.

If you read the reviews, make sure to check the location. I am in Thousand Oaks and had carpets, rugs, and tile cleaned today by Trad. He did an AMAZING job. I have used several carpet cleaners over the years and FINALLY found a great one ! Thad was on time, took his time and my carpets are cleaner than ever. I was shocked he didn’t try to change the price and charge me more which has been my experience with other cleaners. I had 4 rugs on hardwood that were really dirty and was so happy with his cleaning, and the price was excellent. He then cleaned carpets as well as steamed the travertine tile. He even dried them ! He was super professional and I will not hesitate to use him every time. (PS this is the first review I have done but really feel his service was exceptional.)

This company did the best job EVER on all my carpets. I am telling all my friends and family to only use this company. He treated my carpets as if they were his own. His price is more then fair, and he does them himself. I had read his past reviews and the negatives were for a company that had a name similar to his… ATTENTION. that is not All Green. If you want your carpets done RIGHT… or furniture… trust me on this one and make the call… I have known tran for sometime now, and he provides a service like no other.

I didn’t get my carpets done by AllGreen Carpet Clean thanks to the awesome Unilocalers with bad experiences.
I made an appointment a week earlier. The woman on the phone was nice enough. She quoted me an unbelievable price of 26 dollars per room. I asked her if that was the price for real, or will they charge me for shampoo when they get to my place. She assured me that that was the set price and it would not go up.
The day of the carpet cleaning, my technician was running a bit late. I begin to get a little suspicious. I realized I did not check Unilocal on this company. To my surprise there were a lot of five-​star reviews, which seems strange. And also a lot of one star reviews. The one star reviews were really bad, with stories of the ol’ bait and switch.
True enough three hours late the technician arrives, takes one look at my carpet, which isn’t even that dirty, and doubles the quoted price. He tries to sell me on the deep cleaning shampoo and all the extras. We argue for about five minutes before I ask him to leave.
Once again thank you Unilocal for saving me $ 150 above my quoted price.

Great service /​great price!!! Trad is very professional. He was on time and got it done quickly. The work is fantastic and the carpet was dried by the time he left. would highly recommend!!!

This company is a scam. I bought a LivingSocial deal for 3 rooms & a hallway up to 400 square feet. He then proceeds to tell me that my daughter’s room is 250 square feet (I wish! And half of it is covered up by a bed) and that he would only do 2 rooms). After going back and forth with him, explaining that he is only cleaning «exposed carpet» and not under beds or TV stands, he then says that it will be $ 100 extra on top of the deal that I purchased even though we agreed on just cleaning 2 rooms (well within the 400 square feet). My husband kindly told him that he could leave the house. He sat in the driveway, called the main office, and came back with a price of $ 85. No thank you! I will never trust this business and I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews before purchasing the deal.

All Green Carpet & Floor Cleaning will cost me more in replacements and repairs than the original service. We arranged for upholstery cleaning. However, they left puddles of water on the wood floor (and several soggy dishtowels), left scratches on the floor from moving furniture and ruined our carpet. The carpet was left soaking wet, even though that wasn’t the item to be cleaned, and now its stained and buckled. I have been trying to reach someone in their office for a week to address these issues — still no response. In addition, the workers were loud, rude and totally untrained. As others mentioned below, they also tried to hustle us for a «deep cleaning» that cost three times as much.

The carpet cleaning was great, and I have recommended All Green to many friends who have also thanked me for this referral! All of the work is done by the owner himself, so any reviews below that mention «the guys» or «these people» seem to be talking about the wrong company. He arrived on time, cleaned all of the carpet in our house and got rid of the dirt and food stains from our dog and kids. He has always been friendly and pleasant to work with and is even respectful of our kids and dogs!
The price we agreed on is what he charged us, not like what those people mentioned.

SCAM… Very bad experience… lesson learned :(
I purchased a Groupon for the cleaning of 3 carpeted rooms.
The technician was over 1 ½ hours late in arriving.
I called to find out why I hadn’t heard from him. He told me he was sorry, but, he had overslept. He, then, informed me that he was just leaving Santa Monica (I live in Los Feliz… nowhere near). He asked me to confirm my address. I could not confirm… it was not the right street… number or even city. I texted him my address.
When he finally arrived (nearly 2 hours late), he said he needed to do a test. I offered him a cup of coffee. He put the cleaning apparatus on the carpet and made one swift vacuuming motion on a square foot patch, and VOILA! it was instantly clean! I was astounded, pleased and breathing a sigh of relief after the rather discouraging start to this whole experience.
But, wait! He now tells me that if I want to see my carpet look like that little test patch, I will need to pay him an additional $ 20 and that the full treatment (deep cleaning, sterilization) would run me about double what I paid.
I thanked him and said, «Since I only have 2 carpeted rooms, and paid for 3, I’d settle for you just doing that quick job you just did on the test patch». Again, he argued, that the test patch was «deep cleaned». Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but, there was no spot treatment, no labor, no going over the patch repeatedly… just a quick stroke of a vacuum type nozzle.
He insisted that the patch had received «special/​deluxe/​deep cleaning» and then proceeded to try to bargain with me into paying him cash, on the side, so that he could clean it «properly» without the company knowing he’d given me «extras».
I was insulted. I refused and said, «Again, if you could just do the quick job you did on the test patch… no special treatment, no hard work… just the amazing job you did on that patch in less than 5 seconds, I’ll be more than happy and you’ll have gotten away with only cleaning 2 instead of 3 rooms».
He kept pressuring me. After nearly 30 minutes, I’d had enough, and asked him to «kindly do the job i’ve paid for so we can both get on with our day.». He then told me he was going to leave as he could see I «had bad feelings» toward him, and that I could call someone else to do the job.
He left, called his manager and my Fiancé went out to talk to him, as I was thoroughly over the high pressure tactics to upsell me. I phoned the manager and explained the situation. While she and I spoke, my Fiancé had talked him into doing the job. So, at this point, though she offered a refund, I heard the machine running in the next room and told her I didn’t expect a refund now that he had begun doing the job.
Needless to say, the carpets were not clean when he left (except for the test patch) and, they did not dry in 2 hours (as advertised) since he did deposit water onto the carpet… though he did not suck it back out. The carpet was left sopping (literally so sloshy that, if stepped on, you would slip on the adjoining tile floors as you made the transition from room to room) wet.
3 days later, there are spots that are still wet… even after keeping all windows in the house open during daylight hours, and now the carpet is left with the lighter stripes where he actually ran the hose over… HARD, and VERY unpleasant lesson.

BAIT AND SWITCH.
I called to have a sisal rug cleaned and was very specific: I needed dog poo stains removed. I was quoted $ 1/​sq. ft. if performed at my house, $ 2/​sq. ft. to clean offsite.
The guys arrived the next day to take my rug for cleaning and said the cost would be $ 6/​sq. ft. to take and clean or $ 4/​sq. ft. if done at my house.
Put simply, the company pulled a classic bait and switch. Even worse, the two men who came to the house tried to physically intimidate my wife.
This place is the worst. Terrible service. Terrible business practices.

This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with.
1. We called ONE WEEK in advance to schedule an appointment. They told us that they would come between 1 – 3. They didn’t show up until 5PM.
2. Most carpet cleaners use a truck. This guy has a portable machine, which isn’t as effective and they did not notify us that they’d be sending a portable cleaner instead of a truck. We’d have to wait another day (and probably ALL DAY) to get a truck to come out.
3. We purchased a Groupon and he basically told us that if we don’t pay an extra $ 150, our carpet won’t be clean because THEY DON’T USE SOLUTION to wash your carpets. He said that the Groupon deal would only get us 10 minutes of carpet steaming (NOT CLEANING) and the carpet would be guaranteed to stay dirty and stained. SERIOUSLY?!
A smart company would treat clients (Groupon or not) well so that they become repeat customers who recommend their services. Instead, this company is deceitful, untrustworthy, bait-​and-​switch and just awful. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again.
BUYER BEWARE.

Worst carpet cleaner ever. My cheap Bissell does a better job than he did. He took one look at my carpets and of course he said they are bad and would need the $ 59 per room «deep shampoo cleaning» to look good and the hall would go from $ 10 to $ 49. What a crock of crap. When I agreed to pay $ 49 for the hall, do you know what a «deep shampoo cleaning» is? Its a spray on soap. That is it. $ 40 bucks for him to spray soap on it and while it looks better it now only looks like it does when I brake out the Bissell.
This person also showed up in an unmarked mini van at noon even though the time window as 3 – 5.
Sure wish I had hit Unilocal first.

They are deceitful and untrustworthy. They quote you one thing on the phone and when they show up they tell you how dirty your place and charge 3x the price. They dont move any furniture and actually vacuum around light furniture pieces they could easily pick up and move.

This slob shows up in a filthy, unmarked van, with an attitude. Then he whips through the house in 20 minutes and asks for more money than I was quoted on the phone. And he didn’t even do what they said he’d do. I paid only what they quoted and he stormed out. What a bunch of creepy scammers! Another Israeli business.
