Located in Simi Valley, CA, AVRV is a brand-​new, full-​service facility that offers spacious accommodations, an array of amenities and secure storage. From pre-​trip safety inspections to supervised lot access, AVRV caters to area residents who want secure storage, easy access and friendly customer service.

History

Established in 2010.

As Southern California residents, we are all faced with a shortage of usable space for our recreational vehicles, and many local communities have passed ordinances prohibiting the storage of these vehicles in residential neighborhoods. Consequently, it’s critical that recreational vehicle and watercraft owners have a convenient, safe storage option. That’s where the idea for AVRV came from.

AVRVS is a collaborative effort of the Owen, Duncan, and Kohles families. As a locally owned-​and-​operated business, we are concerned about our community and customers. In essence, our customers are our neighbors.
