After 20 years of working with AVC and the owner Gary Misaki directly, I have decided to move on. I have purchased over 30 machines from him. What was once top tier customer service has slowly deteriorated over the past 6 years. I have put up with it, but enough is enough. You would think that after this long relationship, they would do anything possible to keep the customer happy., however the owner has become exceptionally cheap, tries to sell upgrading machines every 12 months, and doesn’t fulfill the contractual obligations of his service contracts. There are many choices for copier companies. It’s sad to say but I now recommend any but this one.
