Tyler Marrs’ Jr. Barbell Club
Teaching youth real strength and conditioning rather than just agility. We don’t just train them, we teach them, mentor them, and completely develop them from ground up. It doesn’t matter what sport they play, we just develop them towards their genetic potential as a human which makes them better at everything they do. We teach them the right methods and techniques at a young age.
Cardio Boxing:
Sweat it out in a fun and upbeat environment while learning real-world boxing techniques. This is an all-levels boxing class taught by real fighters. You will learn proper technique while getting a great core/cardio workout that can burn upwards of 1000 calories per class!
FitCamp Rx:
For those that are not quite ready for CrossFit this class is fun, progressive, intense, and teaches you body awareness preparing you to enter more advanced classes if you so chose.
NoGi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Based on a superior overall fitness level, this program allows athletes to create more scramble-based submissions at a pace that is simply impossible without top conditioning.

Business Owner
Tyler Marrs has been a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) since 2003. He started with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is currently with International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). More importantly, he is also a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, a TRX Trainer and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition (SSN). A strong believer in the importance of functional training, Tyler has a strong focus on core strength as a basis for all aspects of fitness including Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, Boxing, Gymnastics, and a variety of other unconventional techniques.
