DO It Right Blinds

Great customer service, prompt, courteous, clear and communicative.
The shutters are beautiful; installed in less than an hour.
I would highly recommend Brad and his crew.

I called Brad for help to replace the batteries in our motorized shade.
He arrived on time and was very fast with his ladder and replaced the batteries way up high.
Now I should hopefully remember how to do it my self next time.
I plan on using his design skills in the future.

Brad’s service was excellent. He helped us decide the best value for the money. We bought 10 blinds in various sizes. Brad’s attention to detail was thorough. His measurements of the windows made the blinds a perfect fit. We will buy more blinds in the future. Brad’s ability to sell, install and service the blinds makes him very competitive on pricing and it is always good to meet the owner of a service business.

I received a great deal from Brad. He came and installed the blinds himself with another man, and when the sizes came out a little off, he quickly corrected them and made the necessary adjustments. He checked up on me to make sure that a visit was made by the electric blinds guy and all was to my satisfaction. I would recommend him without reservations.

Second time using Brad first time was back in 2007 and then again this year! Both times he was excellent! He is courteous, fair, timely and really know his stuff! We get so many compliments on our shutters because his work is that good!

This is a small family (husband and wife) business. The plantation shutters that Brad installed looked so nice that we asked him to come back and replace the rest of our window coverings in our home. It took approximately 6 to 7 weeks from the day we ordered the shutters to the installation day. The prices were very reasonable. We would (and we did) call Brad again.

We recently had some shutters installed by Do it Right. Brad gave us an amazing deal and the shutters were way better than expected. He and his assistant were extremely careful during the installation and everything was installed without a hitch. Every friend that I have referred him to has used his services and they are all pleased. I will be calling Brad again soon to work on my rental properties. I highly recommend Do It Right. Honest, hard working, and done right!

Brad is the most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever met. This is the problem when you do business with a company that operates out of his basement. Once I confirmed to have him do my blinds and shutter he stopped picking up his phone, didn’t respond to my emails. He promises after sales service but do you really think he will pick up your call to help you if you have an issue with the blinds you purchased from him when he can’t even be bothered giving you good service when he’s already made the sale from you!!! It took over 3 mos to get the blinds from him and couldn’t even schedule a time to install them but since I had guests coming I needed them installed asap, so I had to end up paying someone else to install them for me. Just couldn’t keep waiting for him. Very unreliable! And the blinds weren’t even the right ones I ordered! He’ll undercut his competitors prices to get your business but that’s because he’s giving you low quality product! Beware! Don’t be fooled by your initial impression of him because that’s how he gets you to commit and give him your deposit and bam, you’re stuck.
