After living in Tarzana for over a year, we knew we had to find a solution to heat our pool and have more use of it throughout the year. Even with the valley temperatures in summer, the pool doesn’t get over 80 degrees more than a few days a year. After doing EXTENSIVE research and talking to all applicable parties, we chose to have solar heating installed by JC Pool Solar. Robert, one of the head techs arrived at my house at 8:00am sharp and was in a great mood. He began to explain the who, what, why, and where right away and within minutes, I was comfortable enough to leave him and his crew to do the job while I went on with my day. Not only did these guys knock out the job in a very reasonable amount of time, they re-​plumbed my pool to look amazing and more importantly, to fit with code. Luckily, that same day we were able to see the system at work. The pool temperature rose from 68 degrees to 77 degrees when the solar final shut down, around 5:30pm. Basically, we went up 9 degrees with only about 6 full hours of sun exposure. The following day, (last Saturday), we were in the pool at 82 degrees and you can’t imagine how excited we are. Bottom line, we are so thankful that we decided on solar and even more thankful that we chose to go with JC Pool Solar. Joe, Robert, MOE, and crew were beyond polite and accommodating. I highly, highly recommend speaking to Joe or Moe before moving forward with any other company, or solution for heating your pool.
