Food was really cold and seemed like it was sitting all day I asked for mushroom chicken not one mushroom and barely any chicken. Last time I come here

As good as any other Panda location. If you like the food, this place is fine. I’ve always had good service here. I go here often because it’s convenient to other shopping I regularly do.

Stopped by Panda Express for lunch with my daughter. Several of the tables were dirty and not cleaned from previous customers. Was a bit of a turn off. The service, however, was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Management needs to put a bit more focus on cleanliness, especially around busy periods like lunch. The friendly servers and good food keeps this location at 3 stars.

The food was very cold compare to other locations I been at and the customer service was bad they took forever to get me the my order right and give me a warm meal I don’t recommend this place to the local community.

I went around 4pm on Wednesday. I had to wait for the orange chicken and chowmein to be made because I was ordering 2 meals to go. Very good portions, but they don’t sell eggplant tofu and were our of the new spare rib entrée.

had lunch on thurs, around 12:00pm, they didnt have much food that was very fresh, limited options, no breastfire chicken, the broccoli and beef was sad looking, as there wasnt even 1 serving in the tray, what about the chinese ribs they advertise? there was maybe half an order in the tray, the crap i ordered was cold when we went outside to sit, i dont like when the employees say«were out of that» they should be cooking EVERYTHINGONTHEMENUATALLTIMES, FRESHHOTANDREADYTOGO, sorry panda you have gone way downhill, im done with your crap.

Was on my way to Costco the other day and noticed simi actually has a 3rd Panda Express! Who knew?! I decided to stop and have lunch and was very pleased at how clean and organized it was. Not to mention all the food was fresh. I don’t live on this side of town and typically settle for the Tapo Canyon location. The staff was very friendly as was the manager unlike the staff at the Tapo Canyon location. Due to my great experience, I will definitely be going out of my way a little to visit this Panda Express instead. The only downside is the location!

While panda will never be your five star Chinese place, there is a time and place for some quick and dirty orange chicken. I’m not opposed to panda, sometimes it’s a good guilty pleasure. However this location is just not up to snuff, even for panda standards. All the food was old and not fresh. Was a little bit gross actually that everything just looked to be sitting there for a while. Only two staff members, and some messy tables. Oh well.

First of all I don’t blame the employees. I’m sure they don’t care if you get three or four pieces of beef in the broccoli beef. It’s probably management that counts the amount of food served. That said I find this really awful. The amount of beef in the broccoli beef was embarrassing. I’m not trying to be greedy or anything. Cutting costs like this is terrible and I won’t be back.

05/25/2014 was the last time patronizing this establishment, returned the entire order after taking it home and discovering the food was over done and had to have been sitting for some time. Terrible!

Horrible experience last night. After being ignored and skipped 3 times by the employees I walked out. Never again. I’ll be sending a letter to their corporate office, and I never do that. I have never been treated worse at a Panda Express. Makes me want to rethink going to Panda Express at all.

Been here once or twice and kicked myself both times for not just going to a different location. I love the sweet fire chicken and when I go to this place I think they use the wrong stuff and make orange chicken and throw in the peppers and stuff and call it the sweet fire chicken. Table were dirty and soda area was a mess. The place was not busy. If it was busy I would give them the benefit of the doubt but it wasn’t so no slack here. Food was okay. Not what I was expecting but it wasn’t bad so that’s the 2 stars.

This Panda is incorporated into a Vons, so seating is a little bit strange. The food is typical Panda Express, so it tastes good — no problems there. HOWEVER — my wife got food poisoning after eating here, and her stomach is still upset after two days.
