Sycamore Auto Repair

This place was recommended to me by my father in law. Because o f my background I’m pretty particular when it comes to cars and how they are serviced. One of my pet peeves is the cleanliness of the workplace. I have to admit I was a bit taken back by this place so my first impression was a little disappointing. To think that I was planning to take in my daughters G37 coupe and my wife’s FX35 I want to ensure that the cars are repaired in a clean, professional and most importantly safe manner. I met JC on the phone and he seemed nice enough and somewhat knowledgeable, but again first impression was a little off. I ultimately took in both cars because while the building looks a little shady, the cleanliness has a lot to be desired and the staff is a little luke warm they actually do pretty decent work. I was kept abreast of everything they were doing and the issues that I had originally diagnosed were spot on to what they found as well. That told me they knew what they were doing and pretty honest. Again, if you are seeking a Tier 1 repair shop that may come off a little pompous and potentially charge you more for that over head then have at it. This is an old school, down to earth shop that will take the time. to really figure out the issues.

Hi I have to say I think I found my new auto repair !! I just had my truck repaired which I had an exhaust leak that Sycamore Auto Repair fixed, also they changed my serpentine belt, flushed my radiator, changed upper & lower hoses, and performed transfer case service !! My truck runs like a dream ! These guys do what they say !!! And are very upfront and call you to let you now any details ! I have not had service like this in years ! Also I have to say they are real honest and told me to wait on some maintenance that the truck would be fine !! JC was awesome ! And Oscar was great and very knowledgeable! Once again thank you Sycamore auto for all your great work and effort !! I am telling anyone who wants an honest and great auto repair shop go to Sycamore Auto Repair
