History
Established in 1927.
Founder Frank Cooley began servicing customers in the Greater Los Angeles area in 1927. His son Mike Cooley purchased the pest control division in 1955 and Tim Cooley purchased it from his Dad Mike in 1985. As one of the oldest pest control companies in California, we have the experience and expertise to deliver a safe and effective pest control service with the personal attention you would expect from a family owned and operated company. Tim is available 24 hours a day to help.

Business Owner
Tim has been providing pest control services in Southern California since he started driving in 1973. Before that, he used to go with his Dad on the truck and pull hose. Tim’s Grandpa Frank started the business in 1927. Married for 30 years, Tim & his wife have 6 children.
Tim has also been very active in the community, serving on the board of directors of the local symphony, Boy Scouts of America, The Thousand Oaks Library Foundation, Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Pest Control Operators of California and many other positions. Tim volunteers at the local elementary, middle and High schools. He has served as a minister in his church congregation & overseen religious public affairs for the Conejo Valley and Moorpark. He sang and danced his way through college and enjoys spending time with his friends in their 60’s/70’s rock and roll cover band. After more than 40 years in pest control, Tim still enjoys getting out every day & working with his wonderful customers.
