So disappointed. Had slow leak in tire. Wasted a hour while they checked it out. Said I neede all new tires. Um – excuse me, I just BOUGHT all new tires, from ANOTHER tire pro in a different city! They sent me here. Rip off.

Based on my experience of what got done: Took my car here few hours ago. I was actually calling numerous of places shopping around. All I needed was to have my bad tires replaced with my spare time something simple. All these other places where charging me anywhere from $ 15 to$ 25 depending if they keep my spare tire then cheaper. Well Wendy is Great, she was more then fair and the guys who put my tire seem decent and nice. I even kept my spare. Definitely tipped Wendy so she will give it to the guys she said. That was the least I could of done. Next time I need anything to do with Tires will definitely call Wendy for pricing and specify what I need done. Thanks Wendy

I went in for a simple balance with hopes of getting new rims for my new car. Well hope no more! John and his crew made it a reality. Sitting on 20″ chrome baby!

About 3 years ago, I took my trailer here for tires and the guy mounting them didn’t bother to balance them before slapping them back on. I watched him and waited until he finished before I told him to pull the tires back off and balance them. He was pissed, but I was upset the guy was so lazy.
I gave them a second chance this week after years of not patronizing them. Today they used the wrong alignment specs (wrong model year). This was totally wrong as the suspension was redesigned in 2015 from a single axle design to independant rear suspension. The alignment mechanic said that it was fine and then tried to explain how it would be the same for my year car. These guys (at least the ones I dealt with) seem lazy. In any case i had him do it over with the right year. Even then he brought the tires only to the outer edge of the spec instead of attempting to get an optimal alignment. I wasn’t too impressed with Jim the owner either. A very lack luster business owner with no passion or interest at all for his work.

barely looked at car and then told my 82 year old dad he would need 4 hours labor to fix a non-​existent problem. i personally talked to «little“john and he repeated the lie to me. i «fixed» the non-​existent problem which did not help. we went to a different shop, who informed us that not only were the motor mounts broke, but the frame was also bent. john assured me that the motor mounts were fine and repairing the rack and pinion bracket was the problem. liars and thieves should be the name of this company and i suggest them to no one, especially if you don’t know cars.

Great service, honest, fast and fair pricing! They’re nice too! They do brakes as well as tires and plugged my flat for free.

I drove a good distance to try out this location based on a friends recommendation.
I purchased 4 Michelin tires for my Dodge Challenger. Price was ok (not cheaper than anywhere else), alignment price was ok (not cheaper than anywhere I called). I only went based on the great service my friend said I would receive. The manager and the people that work there are very nice. I only give it three stars based on the below.
My appointment was for 10:30am. I arrived and checked in with the front desk around 10:10am. They didn’t seem that busy but had cars in each working area. My car was pulled in to be worked on around 10:30am however my car just sat there without being touched until around 11:05am.
I kept an eye on how things were going and finally I think around 11:30/45 my car was done with the tire change and it was pulled out of that spot and had to wait 10min or so for the alignment. My car was finally fully done around 12:20pm.
There was a miscommunication on the phone regarding the extra tire warranty certificate I said I wanted but the manager and I came to an agreement which I was fine with. I just wanted to hurry any get out of there to do what I needed to do for the day.
After driving my car for a few days the tires are great! However, my alignment wasn’t done correctly. My alignment felt WAY better before and it now pulls a little to both sides when driving on the fwy and it has TOO much play in the steering wheel. I called and spoke to someone and I’m still waiting on the manager to call me back as I asked if I could bring it to another one of their locations closer to me.

The customer service here is well below par. I give 2 stars over 1 because they DID offer to take my car next door to get the oil changed at jiffy lube which I did appreciate.
I dropped my car off at 930am for an oil change, tires rotated and alignment fixed. It took them a little over 7 hours. The receptionist asked me if I was going to sit and wait for it so good thing I didn’t.
I called them about 1:45pm to check in, they told me it would be about another 40 minutes. They called me back about 20 minutes later to tell me I had a bum part that had to be replaced in order to fix my alignment. They said it would be $ 50 to replace it, and I definitely needed my alignment fixed so I told them just to go ahead with it. They told me it takes about 20 minutes to get the part so I was now looking at about another 1 hour. Fine.
They called me a few minutes later and told me they forgot to add the labor fee so it was going to be like $ 85. That was annoying but I still needed it done so I told them to do it.
My dad asked me how it was going and I told him, he was not happy with that price. He searched the Internet for pricing for that part and found most places sell it for anywhere from $ 15-​$ 20 ish! So he decided that he would come with me when I picked it up and see if he couldn’t talk to the manager as he didn’t feel that was a reasonable price.
After waiting almost 3 hours we decided we would drive down there because it was taking WAY too long. They were just pulling it back into the lot from testing the alignment when we got there. My dad was given the bill to look over and asked to talked to somebody about it. So the manger came out front and was already a little unwelcoming. His body language, fingers tapping on the table, it was clear he was already irritated.
My dad told him he didn’t understand why they were charging us so much for that part as he did research and saw most for $ 15-​$ 25. His response was that for what they charge us, that they make 30%. I understand that you are a business and everybody has to make money, but what the hell kind of a response is that? You have an unhappy customer, how about instead of making your 30% on this sale, you only make 15% and you KEEP A CUSTOMER. So, that ended that conversation since it was clear he wasn’t willing to do anything about the price.
Okay so let’s move on then. My dad asked if they heard anything funky/​wrong when the car was running and if they did do they have an idea of what it might be? He said yes he heard something but he doesn’t know what it is. And then stopped talking. My dad inquired if they maybe saw anything loose under the car or anything like that? They said they didn’t go under the car except to do a.b.c. And they didn’t look. They said that’s something that the mechanic would have to look at. Then silence. My dad asked do they have a mechanic here? And he said yes, they could have him look at it if we wanted since it wouldn’t cost anything.
Now, that actually reads pretty nicely however this guy had such a big tude in his voice it was like he wasn’t the manager and just wanted us to gtfo cuz we were irritating him. So I said no thanks.
If it doesn’t cost to have the mechanic look at it, and you heard it already then why didn’t you just have him look at it? Plus, were you not planning on mentioning that to us? I supposed that would be a little «above and beyond» so I shouldn’t expect things like that. But being that we were not satisfied you would think he would want to jump at that opportunity to make us feel taken care of. The right thing to do would have been to say «oh that’s right we did hear something! Let me have our mechanic take a quick look at it for no charge». That would have made up for the price in a second. Instead we just felt like we were harshing this guys buzz. Did not feel welcome and will definitely not be returning.
My alignment was only about 75% better on top of that. Best part was when I noticed the sign offering to pay people for 5 star reviews. You should offer to pay people for HONEST reviews. But it’s no wonder you have to pay for good reviews.

This is the place to go if you want to see your brake caliper hanging by the brake line… very poor customer service and concern for their customers safety.
Avoid this place at all costs

As you hand them your keys, look the person in the eye and say «please hand me the keys when done» or the park your car in the lot with the window down and keys in the car as your back is turned and you are handling the transaction. Total opportunity for a problem for you and the shop.

It was time to have my car maintenance done! Decided to come and get a quote~ ended up getting my tires and brake pads changed here. I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were amazingly friendly, the service was done in a timely manner, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely come check this place out if you run into tire-​brake issues!

I went in because there was a hole in my tire. Making the appointment was easy, there wasn’t a long wait but they couldn’t locate the hole.

Do not leave this place without checking …
Came in for Sensors but needed a new Tire I couldn’t afford one at the time… So
I had my spare tire put on and never checked to see if my tire and rim were in the Trunk!!!
A month later I saved the money for a new tire and after checking my Trunk … THERE wasn’t anything in there!!!
My TIRE and RIM were gone!!!
I raced over to Tire Pros and thank God they had my Rim but obviously sold or got rid of my Mercedes tire I… only had my tires for a couple of Years… The rim was fixed so I went to pick comparable tire… Next I was given the wrong size Tire brought that tire back then The Owner John
Gave me a Tire that had been driven FLAT
When I showed John (the Owner) this bad tire he was rude on the phone until he saw the bad tire… At that time me promised
Me another tire to replace the one they sold or gave away … Now its been 4 months since this whole thing STARTED
And I called John (the owner)
And Now he said to bad he’s not willing to give me anything not even some money to replace my tire… Unbelievable
This is awful I’m single work 2 jobs and now I’m disgusted

I came in first thing in the morning (7:30am) on a workday and needed 4 new tires on my 2012 Hyundai Accent. I discovered the evening before that two of my tires were dangerously bald. They did not have my tire size in stock and offered to go fetch them from a warehouse and have them in by noon.
When I explained that I had a daily commute to Los Angeles and that I needed to get to work as soon as possible, they sent someone to the warehouse right away. In the meantime, they did the alignment that I needed so that after only two hours I was back on the road on my way to work with a wonderful set of tires that ride very well and a car that drove much better with the fresh alignment.
I highly recommend Simi Tire Pros. I think they’re great.

I have had several tires and rims done here in recent weeks. Here is the problem. I drop it off. People at the counter tell me «Should be ready in an hour». Call back after 2 hours have passed to see if they are done. No I’m sorry… Next time same exact problem. Next time same exact problem. Do you see a pattern here? Don’t trust what they say for time. As every single time it will be wrong. You simply can’t count on them to deliver the work when they say it’s going to be ready. Even end of the day… Call, is it done? Oh it will be when you get here. REALLY… 4.5 hours to install two tires on new rims. As well they were off the car. This should be easy…
If you have time to wait for them then great. More power to you. I’m not saying the work is garbage. I’m simply saying they need to get the office and the shop on the same freaking schedule. I was nice and pointed this out to them last time. A lot of good it did today. As all I got was excuses, again.
Honestly I think the prices are a bit too high. As most shops charge $ 20 for a tire install and balance. Few more buck ok fine I will deal with that. But to consistently being late. Worse, causing me to be late! I could understand once or maybe even twice being late. Yet every single darn time to be late is simply disrespectful to a customer.
Also my valve stems and caps were missing. Made it a bit more difficult to sell my wheels. If they were loose in the box. ok I could care less. No they were not even in the box.
I understand the whole small family own business thing. Yet when the front desk has no clue what is going on in the shop. How long the delays are or who to ask. Thats bad business. You wouldn’t wait twice as long for you food at a restaurant, right? 30min wait for food takes hours… Yea I couldn’t see that restaurant staying in business.
Respect is a two way street guys. Time is important. How can I respect you guys if you wont respect me multiple times on how long it takes?

Got my rims powder coated through them and it came out great. They got me my car back quick and they have great customer service.

Do you need a mechanic?
After the craziness of using someone else, a «trusted friend» of 20 years, to do our timing belt, we were skeptical of any mechanic…
Alas, our car troubles were not over. Things that we thought were fixed, were not; car leaking; steering wheel shaking; noises from the brakes; car pulling to the right; and a couple of bald tires. All this made us bring our car to a recommended shop — Simi Valley Tire Pros.
These Gentlemen (John, Jack, and Tony) were amazing. In comparison to other shops, their prices were better, their customer service was beyond expectations, and we will have our car back in a few hours, not days…
