Turner Air Conditioning is a family owned business founded in 1999 by Brian and Kathy Turner. We are located in the city of Simi Valley and our service area includes Ventura County, San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential replacement and service. Every house and homeowner is unique, we will take the time to discuss your options and customize to fit your individual needs. Couldn’t be happier with our new a/​c and heating system. They installed a multi-​zone system in our house to separate the upstairs, downstairs and master bedroom. We were told by a different company that this wasn’t even possible to do in our home!
The new system is extremely energy efficient and quiet. The quote/​sales process was very easy and straight-​forward, and the work was done very quickly.

If you are looking for a great Air-​Conditioning company here it is. Turner Air-​Conditioning and Heating installed our new unit and it turned out great. Brian and his wife made the process very simple and painless. No weird sales tactics. Everything was upfront and to the point. He and his crew were all very professional. I would highly recommend this company for air-​conditioning work.

Brian Turner is a straight up great guy! He runs and works his family business the right way!
My air conditioner stopped working last night and this morning I went to look at it. I noticed my neighbor was having a new system installed and asked the installer if he could look at my a/​c. He was very nice and tried to repair it but came up with it need to be replaced to the tune of $ 4400.00.
I decided to shop a bit and calked Turner.
Brian answered and was available with I an hour to come check it out.
It took Brian ten minutes or less to find the there was wire damage and repaired it for $ 100.00 total!
I was truly thankful of his straight forward and honest way that he operates from!
Call Turners first! I’m a client for life!

We recently purchased a fixer upper that needed two new heating and air systems and all new duct work. Brian and his crew worked hard on our systems, designing and installing them with obvious experience and care for our needs. Brian was extremely fair in his pricing and very honest about where we could save money. They even went the extra mile to fix things beyond what was in the scope of the installation. They showed up on time and worked consistently until my job was complete. The project was a lot more involved than I realized at the beginning yet they guys worked almost invisibly, and with minimal disruption to our lives. Brian came recommended to me through my realtor when we bought our house five years ago and did a great job installing our new system. One time we had a compressor go out in the middle of a heat wave and Brian fit us into his schedule the same day, even though he was super-​busy, and fixed the problem. Can’t recommend this company enough.

This is the BEST air conditioning and heating company in town. The only one I will use from now. We have used them for several jobs and their quotes are always beyond reasonable. Brian has always been incredibly prompt and friendly and honest and looks at the big picture — not just what he wants to make, but what we can afford and what truly needs to be done, to help us make maintenance decisions. We had some horrific problems with our ducting and HVAC unit. We were recommended to Turner by our home inspector. Brian came in, assessed the situation and walked us through the repair process. He was honest, reasonable and most importantly, did what he said he was going to do in the time frame he gave us to do the job. We have subsequently had Brain out for other repairs (freon) and have recommended him to several people and business that have used him and all thanked us for the recommendation. All around, if you need any repairs of your HVAC system, Turner Air is the only call I would make.

Brian from Turner Air Conditioning serviced my Santa Paula home heater and replaced the old thermostat with a new programmable one. He scheduled the work in advance and showed up precisely at the appointment time. This is a big help to me because I have a very demanding job and can’t wait around for a contractor to make time for me. The price was reasonable and Brian’s knowledge was impressive. He took the time to discuss my future needs and told me all of the different options and what to expect to pay when I add air conditioning in the future. He was curteous, clean, well spoken and honest. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family who need HVAC work. (He also impressed me with his knowledge and experience in the practice of espalier training for fruit trees!!)

I highly recommend Turner Air Conditioning to anyone in need of a heating/​cooling contractor. Last summer, my air conditioning furnace broke down. With just a phone call to Turner Air, Brian showed up the next day at the scheduled time. After repairing the motor and fan, the furnace was quieter than when it was new.
Mind you, this furnace had made a rattling noise, which I had attempted to get the original contractor to fix, since it’s installation. I got tired of calling, writing, and threatening that contractor, who would come out and change something, and never fix the rattling. Ever since Turner Air worked on it, it’s been great!
I know who I will call, next time. Thanks Brian!
