This location is awesome! Great staff! not sure what type of experience these other people had. I enjoy shopping at Cache especially the location at old orchard mall. Great selection and very friendly staff. The managment team is amazing! I always get good advise and have a blast shopping with the ladies at cache! Always offering great deals! the ladies at cache always make my shopping experience pleasent and fun!

Dont bother. I went it after seeing a nice blouse. There was a sign 40% ONTHATBLOUSE. then they wanted to charge me $ 120 for it saying the sign is for«select styles» although it was directly ON that blouse. Poor customer service, deceitful«bite and switch» tactics dont deserve my business.

I will never shop at Cache again!(at least this location.) Last week, I went to the Woodfield location during my lunch break to shop. I have never shopped at Cache before but saw a beautiful pair of floral pants in their window and needed to have them. Sandy, my associate was wonderful and can deserve more than the 5 stars Unilocal can give. I ended up purchasing the pants and a top to go with it. The outfit cost $ 200+. I was so excited when I returned to work that day, I showed my boss my new pants… long story short I actually can’t wear printed pants. it goes against our dress code. So sad. After work, I returned home to try on the outfit for my boyfriend. He encouraged me to keep them because they fit so well. However, in the end I decided I couldn’t spend $ 120 for a pair of pants I can’t even wear to work.(where I am most of the time.) Fast forward to today, I was near Old Orchard and decided to make my return. The associate assisting me was the RUDEST employee I’ve ever encountered in my life! I handed her the bag, still with tissue paper inside, tags attached, and my receipt. I had only made this purchase a few days prior. The black top I had purchased had a few pet hairs on it… must had occurred when I tried it on at home. Keep in mind it was an extremely clingy and static prone fabric. I hadn’t realized that and apologized. She rudely told me how this was an unacceptable return and would excuse the policy this time to return it. but again it was so unacceptable in this«condition» and she would have to «DAMAGE» it out. She practically yelled this so all the other shoppers could hear. I have never been so embarassed in my life and practically left the store in tears. She acted as if I had smothered this top in mud and tried to return it! I called corporate immediately upon leaving the store and am awaiting a response. Based on the review below, clearly this store has some customer service issues, especially with return policies. Get a grip! Not everyone wears and returns. So rude!!!

I went in not expecting to find anything for a sweet 16 I was attending as an honored guest. They greeted me as usual and a dress almost immediately caught my eye. I chose it and there came the first one on one contact with an employee. She shared some info about how it was a new arrival. I picked up a couple sizes and worked my way to the back of the store. I was looking for a ‘quiet’ but presentable dress since I would be hanging out with the inlaws. As soon as I got closer to the fitting rooms another employee greeted me and offered to choose a few more dresses, none of which were to my liking but I still tried them on. This is probably just me but I felt a little uncomfortable when the sales associate asked me to give her a fashion show. Now keep in mind the fitting room area is open to the rest of the store. She was also very pushy and she seemed like she was in a rush despite little to no customers and I was not feeling it. I finally tried on all the dresses(minus the fashion show). The last one I tried was the one I initially chose and I loved it. I finally came out to show my husband and I could tell he loved it and so did I. I wasn’t sure which of two pairs of shoes would go and since I didn’t plan on shopping for this dress I didn’t bring either pair so I naturally asked about the return or exchange policy. She immediately answered with somewhat of an attitude and suspicion, «30 days but(empasis) all tags have to be on and if we notice it’s worn or the tags are tampered with we won’t take it back. So if you wear it you can’t return it even if the tags are on.» I normally dont take things personal but this time I felt like it was a case of racial profiling because she went into detail about trying to return a worn dress. I’m sure they’ve run into cases but don’t assume everyone will do that. Some people will actually drop $ 200+ for a quality dress and don’t need to cut corners. I did end up purchasing the dress I’m happy with but the experience was no more than 2 stars. I don’t think I’ll never go into that specific store again. I’ll take my chances elsewhere… Don’t get me wrong the selection seems okay but my experience wasn’t great and to me that’s important.
