Bought my daughter a jersey for Christmas; didn’t fit. She tried to exchange it within 10 days of purchasing, she tried to exchange it — they didn’t have her size, and because she didn’t have my credit card, they wouldn’t refund it. I brought the jersey with me to work to return it at the store in the train station, which was closed — it had only been opened for Christmas, but I didn’t realize that. I went back today, and they wouldn’t refund me because it was longer than 30 days. Really? At Christmas you still stick to the ridiculous 30 days? I was 4 days past the 30 days in the first place, but within 30 days of Christmas and still wouldn’t do it. Of course, no manager on site to deal with the problem. Wouldn’t spend another cent in that store ever again.
