CPR Cell Phone Repair

I took my ipone 5 in to be repaired (after taking it to a competitor for a camera replacement) the proximity sensor had stopped working. I took it in to CPR to take a look at it (they were also the least expensive). They told me if would take about 30 to 45 minutes to replace the sensor. When I returned he was very apologetic saying that whoever fixed my phone previously had nicked the mother board and it wasn’t that the señor wasn’t working it was the motherboard and they couldn’t fix it. They were very nice and apologetic about not being able to fix it and didn’t charge me.
He explained that when I had the camera replaced by their competitor that they nicked the motherboard. He had taken three pictures to show me. He also told me that the camera had never been replaced. I had guessed that myself (and one of the reasons I didn’t want to take my phone back to the other place).
This is the second time I had taken one of my phones to CPR for repair and have always been extremely happy with their knowledge and professionalism. They are fast, and I’ve never had a problem with my phone after a repair.
I will never take a chance of having my phone fixed anywhere else, but CPR.
