I was shopping at this location during a busy holiday day and Shelley the manager was absolutely amazing and super attentive and sweet! David & Kim helped me too and they were awesome! This is my favorite Michael Kors store in Chicago hands down!

Love coming here! Super friendly staff, and they rotate their items regularly from display-to-display to promote the newest arrivals. Love it :)

just wanted to express how much i love the Michael Kors store in Old Orchard. I went in with a broken watch which i had purchased at another Kors location. The manager, PAULOTIS, went above and beyond what i consider good customer service. At first he game me a phone # to call to repair watch, then he went to check to see if they had one like mine and they did and he GAVE me a brand spanking new one!!! To say the least i was delighted and will ALWAYS go to this MK store in the future!!!

Can I give no stars please? I went in this store to purchase some shoes and possibly a wallet and when I walked in there was one gentleman behind the counter and a female who was walking around the store. NEITHERONE even said hello! I thought that was odd but kept browsing and noticed that the sales associate(female) had gone to the back. No problem, ignore me walking in and ignore me shopping around. The guy behind the counter had just finished up with his customer, leaving me the ONLY customer in the store and he stood up there doing paper work or something, but again I was completely invisible to them. I was in the store for a good 10 minutes before I decided to leave since I wasn’t getting any help. I’ve never been in a store where I was not greeted once, what terrible customer service! I used to love going in this store when it first opened up .the staff was so helpful and would help me pick out outfits without pressuring me to buy, but now I don’t even get a hello. Looks like i’ll be taking my business to a different location, what a shame.

Usually this place is on-par with great customer service, but the last time I went, the girl who greeted me was nothing more than someone who wanted to make a sale. I already knew I was going to buy the bag, but I always like seeing how well the sales associates treat me as a customer. Call me an asshole, but after 4 years of working in retail, I’d like to think I know what it means to make the customer feel comfortable and like they’re being taken care of. This girl, who shall remain nameless, was, bless her heart, trying, but home girl just couldn’t cut the cake for me. She was trying waaaay to hard to sell and had a poo-face on the whole time. All of these things can be excusable, but the thing that absolutely pissed me off was when she didn’t even care to tell me that the bag was out of stock and that she was going to sell me the floor sample. I usually could care less about something like this, but the way she went about it was awful – she literally sneaked out from the back room to the floor, grabbed the purse off the shelf and when I asked if that was the floor sample, she immediately got defensive and said, «well, it’s not like we don’t sell these» and began ringing me up. Rude much? Was going to go back the next day to return it just to spite her, but the bag is too beautiful to not have. I think I’ll be going to the Woodfield location next time, even though it may be out of my way.

So I just received a very detailed, handwritten note from the wonderful person who sold me my purse! It was thoughtful and really well written! Details like that make me appreciate their level of service(going above and beyond) and I can’t wait to purchase more things from this store!
