I came here to see a couple things shown on the website and check out what else they have. I had to ask about a pair of shorts since they weren’t displayed on the sales floor. The associate was extremely friendly and retrieved them from the stockroom without hesitation and offered me a fitting room. Thank you! The associate who rang up my items was happy to help me and took the time to nicely fold my purchases. Also he was very patient with my club Cali barcode and the promotion code. I worked for the company 5 years so I usually don’t expect great service but this was A+ in my opinion. I’m glad they are keeping up a great store experience while many retailers fail on service. I will definitely come back to this HCo. location.

The store is clean and well-organized. Good place to buy long-wearing fitted ultra-soft tanks, sweatpants, polos, feminine cardigans and hoodies at least on sale… It is easy and free to park.

Slightly better service at this Hollister compared to others that I’ve been to. They are bigger than most as well. Love the quality. Got can always get it on sale, never pay regular price.

Don’t shop here, when there are so many other places to spend your money. There’s never enough staff, check-out is always a disaster, and if you have a problem, the staff of 15 year olds tells you there’s nothing they can do to help. Because that’s the«store policy.» And don’t even think about returning anything. Worst. Return. Policy. Ever. I’ve finally talked my 14 year old into shopping elsewhere. Auf wiedersehn, Hollister!

I had this bad experience at this particular store, I purchased a shirt priced 30% off. The same night I realized that the associate who sold me the shirt didn’t put my receipt in the bag/didn’t hand it to me. Unfortunately I tried to exchanged the shirt four days later it is now 50%. Since I don’t have the receipt because the associate made the mistake of not giving it to me I lost 20% of my money. I would never go back there again! If you do make sure that you get your receipt before you leave. I instructed her to put the receipt in the bag but it didn’t happen. I asked to speak to a Manager for appropriate action on the employee who didn’t give me my receipt and it was almost a joke I was talking to the Manager(High School Student). I even told them I have my credit card transaction but that didn’t help any.
