We just had floors installed as well as existing floors refinished. What a wonderful job! Everything went as planned with constant updates on their progress. Their dustless sanding worked beautifully. The workers took special care to keep the house clean. I would highly recommend Mr Floor for any work needed.

Mr. Floor put hardwood in our dinning room and living room. They started on time, finished on time and the price was as quoted. The project manager Joe, contacted me daily by email to recap what had been accomplished that day. After the first day of putting the stain down, I was not satisfied with how the color was matching the older adjacent wood floor and told the guys working that. Joe called me immediately and came over and we decided to change from water to oil based finish. This mid-​stream change was accomplished with no extra charge and looked so much better, though the smell was overwhelming for a day. In summary, Mr. Floor lived up to and exceeded my expectation. They did a great job from start to finish.

They did a partial remodel of our kitchen and breakfast room. Most things went smoothly. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they stayed with everything, over a period of months until all that could be corrected was corrected. The Project Manager, Sead, was invaluable, and really stayed on top of all details and made sure everything was done right.

Very responsive from the initial call to them — both the sales person and the project manager, something I always really value in renovation work. Plus, the guys doing the work kept me well informed on how the project was going (epoxy floor for retail lobby). Easy process, competitive price, great finished product. Would definitely recommend.

Our recent experience with Mr Floor went much better than expected and we were very pleased with their service and professionalism from start to finish. A lot of the work required hand sanding and finishing because of the configuration of our floor plan but one would never be able to tell, as the results were seamless. I’d like in particular to give credit to the coordinator of our project, Gina, as she was thorough, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The sanders were extremely neat and did their best to minimize the dust (of which there was very little!) and the cost came in well within our budget.
I would highly recommend Mr Floor to anyone who is searching for quality, well priced service.

This a response to their update to my review in 2013 which they commented 2 years after. One thing that irritates me the most are shady practices and outright lies. I will not stand for it. 3 stars is a generous r rating for what I have experienced but this latest comment lacks truth and for that my rating sinks to a star since there is no option for a NO STAR.
I want to get the facts straight.
1. I never admitted nor have we had any water damage in the apartment. That is a blatant fabrication. They asked me if there was water damage and I said none. They insisted that this would be caused by water damage but I have lived in the unit from the beginning so I should know.
2. There is no hardwood floor in front of the dishwasher, the kitchen has tiles
3. The gaps were very pronounced by the laundry area but they are also in other places in the living room.
4. This incident was 2 years ago and they were charging me hundreds of dollars for labor, I already have a few boxes of spare hardwood floor so all I needed was labor. If the rate was reasonable I would have done it.
if their update is accurate and honest then why is this being posted 2 years after the incident? Are they hoping I wont remember and ignore this? I bet that this business will respond so quick but will never address any of the points I pointed out here as well as why it took them 2 years to post an update! Why? Because they can’t prove anything they stated. Simple as that.
Credibility? Check the 5 star reviews for this company, are they from people with who have made a lot of reviews in this site and have established credibility and authenticity? Oh most of them are in the NOT RECOMMENDED section You be the judge!

Selected Mr. Floor to refinish our hardwood floors in the main floor of our townhome. They were pleasant from the estimate through acceptance and project completion. High points were communication, availability and results. We went with natural after 11 years of a stain and absolutely love it. Dust was minimal, and much better than anticipated. Workers were fast, efficient and professional. We were assigned a project manager that hand-​held us through the process. This is the second exposure to this company and we highly recommend their services.

Hired Mr. Floor to join and refinish our hardwood floors after removing a wall between two rooms. They did great work the old and new wood blended perfectly. Their employees were always friendly and their workmanship was incredible. The project also had a tight schedule and they were able to complete the work with time to spare.

My house was built in 1894. When we moved in we carpeted the stairs. Now, 27 years later, we decided to tear out the old carpet & refinish the stairs. It was a tricky job to match the old pine with new flooring in the living room. Mr. Floor did a great job & was able to stain new thresholds to match. Any sanding, staining job is unpleasant to live through, but they were very professional & aware of the inconvenience & worked around our schedule. I would definitely use them in the future.

I cannot stop singing the praises of Mr. Floor and it’s employees. We had a disaster on New Year’s Eve where our washing machine broke and flooded our kitchen and living room all over our hardwood floors. We were absolutely devastated as we just had them redone in the summer. Someone recommended Mr. floor and they were a godsend. They came in and helped us choose the new shade. They actually finished in half the time that they said and the floors are absolutely beautiful.

This is the second time using Mr. Floor. Very pleased both times.. They are a good company to do business with.

Poor workmanship by inexperienced contracted workers. I overheard a worker ask another are we doing a great job or an ok job here… really? The owner didn’t care when it was brought to his attention, he made excuses. It’s all about the money and quickly getting the job done using cheap, unskilled labor. Don’t waste your time or money!

Just had my new hardwood floors installed by Mr. Floor. All I can say is I am 100% satisfied with the look and quality! Everyone was professional from start to finish. I received daily updates on the progress of the job, along with a final inspection upon completion. They even provided me with a complimentary bottle of floor cleaner too. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. I am going to have them install new countertops in my kitchen as well!

After buying a new home, we contacted Mr. Floor to get an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors throughout the entire home. I spoke with Gina Conrad, a sales consultant, who was very pleasant on the phone. I explained our time limitations due to a move-​in date already scheduled, and she said she would come and give an estimate. She came to our house and was very thorough taking measurements and assessing the floors. When Gina left, she said she would get back to us the next day (Sunday) with an estimate. She knew that we needed to get the work started early the next week, and said the time frame was not a problem. Sunday came and went, and we never heard from her. After not hearing from her Monday, I called in the afternoon and left a voicemail. We were planning on hiring them, until Gina ignored us, and never got back to us with our estimate. She never called back! Not anytime that week, or anytime ever! We were in disbelief that someone could act so professional at our home, then never be heard from again. If they couldn’t do the job, she should have at least called and let me know, instead of leaving me hanging and delaying our floor project even further.

I used the Mr. Floor cleaning product on my wood floor. It cleaned very well, with a light, fresh scent that didn’t bother my allergies. It left no sticky residue like every other cleaner I’ve used. My floor is as clean as it’s ever been!

My husband and I recently hired Mr. Floor to re-​do our floors and stairs in our home we just purchased. What an amazing job they did! Also, the level of customer service you will receive is top notch. I loved getting emails at the end of each day with updates on the projects of what was done and what to expect the next day. We hope to get our first floor completely re-​done in the near future and will only use Mr. Floor.

This place is amazing! They are full service which helped me with the stress level. They first came over with a consultation with a project manager. Then they discussed with me my needs and helped me pick out the most beautiful floors, after they were done they discussed maintenance with me. Thank goodness they did because I had no clue the ways that I could have damaged my floors. They actually have their own floor cleaning line that I will always use because they stand by their products. I have to say this is the best place that i «interviewed» with. It was nice to have the contractor and the project manager all provided at one place! My floors are beautiful and now I am thinking about remodeling my kitchen and I will most def call Mr. Floor!
