We had such a great experience with Rogers & Hollands at Old Orchard. We were just walking by and came across it and since we were looking for wedding bands, not on that particular day, we ended up staying for a couple of hours talking to Ryan Grala. We went from just looking to actually buying. Ryan really helped us understand more about the pieces we were interested in, and showed us the differences and explained the pricing. I was able to upgrade my diamond with his help and we got everything done in a matter of days. Ryan knew we were in a time crunch because we were heading back to Guam where we live and he even came in on his day off to help us look over the diamonds we ordered. He was very helpful and patient and took his time to really explain the intricate details of the diamonds and helped us find what we were looking for. We would definitely keep coming back. These guys are SO nice– They always clean my rings when I stop in, never pressure me to buy anything, and its fun to look around at all of the pretty stuff. If I do need some jewelery– this would be my first stop.

Thank you to Ryan, Adam and the Old Orchard Rogers and Holland for a great experience at their recent Restyle Event this week! I’ve had some gems locked away for over a decade or more, and I’d wondered what to do with them. I heard about the event and went in to discover more. I learned so much from them about my options to recreate new jewelry from something I have but don’t use today. The designer showed me options, with designs they have, and drew new possibilities too! It was great. While I browsed and contemplated a new necklace, that had been a ring, Ryan and Adam cleaned everything I was wearing. Who does that? Although I didn’t decide right then, because that’s my nature, you have to know there was no pressure from Ryan or Adam, but only great ideas. They said the next Restyle Event is December 9 so I’ll be back for sure.

Can’t say enough about what great experience I had at Rogers & Hollands at Old Orchard. I went in to exchange a charm that was given to me as a gift and was looking instead for earrings. I wanted a quality piece that’s classy and timeless but, of course, in my budget. Ryan was terrific! He was patient as I tried on many different styles and sizes, making suggestions but not being overwhelming or a hard-​sell. He was extremely helpful in narrowing in on what I wanted and looked good in. The manager on duty, Adam, helped with special ordering my earrings and I thought he was courteous and appreciative of my business. Too often, small things like that are overlooked at retailers. Both Ryan and Adam are top notch people who provided me outstanding service. Felt right at home the entire time and in great hands.

We had such a wonderful experience with Adam and Brandon! They helped my husband pick out beautiful and unique engagement ring. They then helped me create an awesome custom band for our wedding. We met to discuss the plans for the band, discussed the details for over an hour, and then they brought me to review each step as the band was being made. The two rings complement each other beautifully and I’ve already gotten many compliments on them! Thank you to the Rogers and Hollands staff for providing us with the best experience imaginable, especially Adam and Brandon!

There’s something about sales people that make me want to run and hide but if you’re in the market for beautiful jewelry and awesome people to help you on your way everyone at Rogers and Hollands are so great and inviting. We had the pleasure of working with Craig and Selena. They greeted us enthusiastically, answered all of our questions with ease and somehow Craig found my perfect wedding band for my picky taste. Exactly what i was looking for and not able to find at other big chain stores that lack that special kind of customer service and selection of rings. Selena even polished my family heirloom engagement ring as we shopped for my fiancés band. I cant say enough good things about this store’s employees and its beautiful selection of jewelry. Today is actually our 4^th visit to Rogers and Hollands. On our 2^nd, Adam helped us pick an adorable heart-​shaped ring as a late Valentine’s Day gift. After some convincing we agreed to purchase a lifetime warranty and it was the BEST decision we’ve ever made. Believe me when I tell you that there is nothing more relieving than realizing that your ring-​crushing kitchen accident is covered.

Adam and Craig helped me find beautiful earrings for my sister for Christmas. They were conscience of my budget and showed me a variety of items. When they didn’t have another item I was looking for for my brother-​in-​law, they offered to have it special ordered if need be. They were very friendly and helpful! I would encourage anyone to go to this store, and I know if I need another piece of jewelry, this will be my first stop!

BRANDON and CRAIG are beyond amazing with their customer service. My fiancé and I had been to several other places where they pushed for financing or just weren’t helpful. This is the place where they will make you feel comfortable regardless of your financial situation. Best jewelry store thus far with excellent knowledge and customer service!

I’ve been looking for a pair of plain silver or white gold ball earrings and have been struggling to find them. I told Craig what I was looking for and even though they didn’t have them in stock, he found them in a catalog and took the time to get them ordered for me. I was extremely pleased with his helpfulness, especially since I wasn’t spending very much money. Craig was the most pleasant jewelry sales person I’ve ever worked with! I’ll definitely been going back there for larger purchases.

Adam and Brandon are incredible! They really make what you want work and are willing to work until it’s perfect. I have had issues with my ring far beyond the control of Adam and Brandon and they have been very on top of it and eager to get my ring back to me. They have made me a customer for life because of their excellent customer service and genuine desire to help their customers!

Overall very good experience. While at times it felt like they were giving me a used car salesman spiel, they did follow through on their word and their work. I bought a beautiful ring from them at an incredible price, and they told me I could return it within 30 days if I found a better one. I ended up having one customized and went that route instead. Brandon, the manager, was very cool and very professional about me returning the original ring. I give them a lot of credit.

My ring shopping at R & H at Old Orchard Shopping Center was nothing less than spectacular! Brandon, the store manager, helped me from designing the ring to re-​sizing it to fit my fiancé’s finger after the proposal. He was great at helping me understand the importance and not so important parts of a diamond which I thought I was pretty knowledgeable about since I did some research on my own. He was more than willing to help get the ring ready in time for that special moment which my fiancé and I will remember for the rest of our lives. I’ve decided to share the video of our proposal which R & H, especially Brandon, helped make happen! After searching all day for an engagement ring for my soon to be aunt, we happened upon Rogers and holland. She already found one that she fell in love with at a different jewelry store but after working with the friendly staff for over 2 hours, she found one she loved more and more than bought it on the spot! They were so fun and helpful to work with and they gave us an amazing deal on her engagement ring and wedding band. I would highly recommend and will be going there for all of my jewelry needs!!!

I had the greatest experience at R &H!!! Brandon Wishnoff is the manager and I was lucky enough to have him help me! He listened to what I wanted and found it immediately! My fiancé and I went back the next day and bought my BEAUTIFUL wedding ring. The price was good and I am extremely happy that they offer a lifetime guarantee (you do pay for it but it is well worth it!).

I was ecstatic to be surprised by my beautiful Tiffany engagement ring BUT I came to realize that the band shape was awkward. In fact, Tiffanys only had one band to match it, and it was an awkward fit. So began our hunt to find me a gorgeous band that fit, left no or little gap and had a little bling. :p Oh, and a two toned band for him.
So we went to every store in Old Orchard and then 2 more. The sales people were generally nice at every place as they should be to a couple sporting nice jewelry looking for a match, but no one really came close to what I was looking for… and don’t even ask how sad tiffanys was in their lack of assistance.
We walked into R&H and immediately the sales girl picked or the perfect match. The whole store treated us like royalty! In addition to finding a beautiful ring for me, a fab two toned for the future Mr., they had a beautiful understated Pearl bracelet that now lives with me. They gave us a wonderful package deal on everything that no other store came close to! And they re cleaned my ring to make it perfect. It is note worthy since I had just «had it cleaned» down at tiffanys 10 minutes prior. (Seriously, skip that tiffany store. If you need to go to tiffanys, go to Northbrook)
I picked up my forever jewelry 3 days later after it was sized but Mr. had a special order that would take a month. They said they’ll expedite it, which everywhere else means one month, but it came in 2 weeks later and he didn’t want to take it off.
They made our shopping experience easy, affordable and happy. I am so happy to be able to have a beautiful ring. I will be a long time client and come back again!
