Worst service ever. I don’t usually care how much I spend as long as I buy something that I like or that I’m comfortable wearing. Bought a dress 2 days ago and got accused of wearing it when I tried returning it. This lady looked at me weird as soon as I walked in. Trying to find excuses saying that the tag was switched, etc… It is not my fault that they let people try the dresses on, dirty them or change their tags. This is the last time I buy things from this place. I thought people were allowed to return things within thirty days upon purchase. I will make sure to tell my friends and everyone that I know not to go here! I just hate their snobby attitude. I shop everywhere and this had never happened to me ! Snobs snobs snobs !

Style is cute, price is high, quality is terrible. Clothes leave color and fall apart after one wash. Actually one tank top got bad just by being worn. Never even washed it once and threw it away.

That one star is not even deserved. Sorry to burst your bubbles Unilocal reviewers but Bebe at the old orchard location has horrible customer service. They have amazing, great quality clothes however the associates there don’t match up with that description! Don’t get me wrong they will help you with finding the right outfit and take you to your fitting room but when it comes to returns … WOW! TALK ABOUT BEING SNOBS! I spend thousands of dollars annually at Bebe and by getting treated badly by the associates there during my returns today was unacceptable! Why don’t they just do a no return policy? That would make them a little happier! «Rachel» or «Rakel» helped me with my return. One word of advice to you: smile and say thank you! Oh and don’t forget to wish your customers a good day! I’m one customer who is not coming back there EVER again! You just lost my business! My thousands of dollars is going somewhere else where its deserved! Good luck with your future customers with the attitude you people have there! Believe me I’m a business woman and there is no way in hell would I ever treat my customers so low as you did! TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE SPENT THERE AND WHO WOULD THEY ADVICE TO VISIT BEBE OR ADVICE THEM NOT TO EVER VISIT BEBE LIKE I WILL!
