History

Established in 1998.

Chanoy was a supervisor for a big box retail computer services store in Chicago. During his time there he discovered that being personable and helping his customers was not as important to them as there bottom line. This did not stop Chanoy from providing his customers with exceptional service. Chanoy often went above and beyond for his customers. He went as far as working off the clock to avoid overtime so that his clients could have their computers ready in days instead of weeks. Chanoy also would suggest the best solution to his customers which usually conflicted with the companies budget goals. Eventually he respectfully parted ways and started Tech Tock. Since then Tech Tock has acquired over 1000 satisfied customers and has plenty of references to prove it!
