Food is barely room temperature EVERY time I have gone here in the last 3 years, even during the 12:00 — 1:00 lunch rush.

I normally stay away from reviewing fast food chains unless something’s so bad that I feel compelled to share. Such is the case with this Burger King. Recently renovated, I give this store props for being modern, relatively clean and having the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, as well as friendly cashiers. My issue is the frequency in which orders are prepared wrong by the back-line staff who either are not paying attention because they are too busy goofing off and horse-playing with one another. I understand Burger King’s concept of freshness– having it your way means waiting a REASONABLE amount of time for your orders, but it’s totally ridiculous to have to wait nearly 10 minutes only to get your order and find that it’s prepared totally different than your specifications. I mean, what’s so hard about leaving cheese OFF a burger??? If anything, it should be easier– it saves you, as a harried cook, an extra step. Last night, I was standing behind a gentleman that had to send his burger back 3 times because the cook and the cashier were not communicating. I checked my order thoroughly(after having to wait nearly 15 minutes for a Whopper with just lettuce, mayo and ketchup, an order of onion rings and a stand-alone order of Chicken Fries, because this BK has a long history with me of making orders wrong or forgetting to put them in the bag altogether. For this reason, I never use the drive-thru. Be that as it may, when I got home and tried to actually eat the food, I had a hard time. The burger was dry and tasteless, the onion rings had a freezer-burnt taste to them and the chicken fries were greasy and way overcooked, to the point of being burnt. I have never been so disappointed in BK before. Yes, I’ll do the survey but at this point, you can keep the free Whopper if it’s going to taste like what I was served during this visit. Uggh!!! My advice would be to employ older, more responsible cooks who respect their jobs enough not to cuss loudly in front of customers. Had I been a secret shopper yesterday, they would have been in big trouble.

OMG. Wow. Wow. Wow. Didn’t get our order right at the drive thru for starters, so we had to go inside to fix the order. Once inside the counter girl tried to convince us that the oder was correct, then I guess the girl above her said it was in fact wrong and to fix it. After they literary got into an argument and told each other to «get out of my face», we discovered the first girl didn’t know the difference between ham and sausage! Complete mess of a staff.

Came here looking for a late-night dinner after a long day of driving a moving van cross-country. We were there at 12:15EDT and the posted hours were until 1 am, but the entire place was closed and dark.

Wow! What a change! If I’ve got an extremely long day ahead and can’t grab an egg w/cheese I’ve come here a few times to get some coffee or other drinks. Recently I went to this location(after the reno) and what a wonderful, kind, sweet staff!!! Completely different from the previous staff. In particular around 5pm there’s a guy there(at store #13721) and he is just as complimentary and polite as he can be. I don’t know how he is with others but he sure has been nice to me. I’ve had touch and go service in the past, some great, some in a hurry but this guy takes the cake! I actually went twice in the same week, that’s rare for me. Thank you kind guy!

Slow service and indifferent workers. Never come here on your lunch break.

Stay away from this one!!! Horrible service and food is old. I have been three times because I believe in second chances… But I’m done. 8:30 in the morning, the doors wre locked so patrons couldn’t get in

I don’t usually eat at fast food joints and when I do I’m usually drunk and having a weird craving. But sometimes you just want something greasy, cheap, and quick, even if you’re sober. This is the closest BK to my house, so I try it once in a while. The service is usually pretty good, not much of a wait, and the place is clean enough for me not to feel like I’ll catch a disease, which is a plus. The food is pretty decent too and I’m picky about what comes on my burgers and sandwiches but they always get it right, another plus. It’s a bit pricier than I remember each time I go in, I could swear the chicken sandwich was $ 1.89, not $ 3.39, but I guess that’s inflation. I like the new style fountain drink machines they’re using, those are cool, gives something to look forward to as well if you’re going inside to order/eat. Overall I can’t really say anything bad, it’s just not the best or healthiest food you can eat.
