J & J Landscape & Tree Services

A giant tree fell in the middle of the road and no one could get around it. I called this company hearing about by ear from other neighbors and they were out there within an hour. They cut up the tree and hauled it away in no time. Thanks a bunch!

J and J are extremely professional and friendly. They cut down five trees for us quoted us with a great price. They got the job done quickly and the clean up was great!!! I will be using them again in a few weeks. Thank you J&J

Do not use J and J tree service. I had an urgent situation with a tree hanging over my roof. Judy came out and quoted but then I had weeks of calling before Jerry finally came out and did half the job. They both yelled at me that I was lucky they came at all because they have «big» jobs. Jerry didn’t bring a stump grinder as contracted but wanted full payment — we argued over that as well. Of course they never came back as promised to handle the stump. Unprofessional and surly — seek services elsewhere.

I met with the owner for our consultation and was really excited as she had some wonderful ideas! I was eager to receive her plans and estimate. She said she had a big project coming up but would still be able to handle my job. Mentioned she would have the estimate to us in 1 – 2 weeks. We never heard from her again! She spent 2 hours with us during the initial consultation… and then nothing. Not only did she waste our 2 hours, but also 2 weeks that we could have been speaking with other companies. I understand if the job is not a good fit for you, or if you got busy, or whatever the excuse may be, BUT at least have the decency and respect to decline the job and not leave your customer eagerly waiting… Very disappointed!
Only 1 star because I never received a service…

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! They gave a a quote and took our money on May 8^th. Today is June 6^th, and the job (not a huge one) still is not done! They took final payment on May 25^th prior to my leaving for work and promised that they would finish that day, and the work still isn’t done! Our job was repeatedly delayed due to their decision to work on other jobs instead. Jerry and Judy seemed so sweet and honest when we first met them, and I really looked forward to our experience with J & J, but now I am astounded and angry at their dishonesty and apparent disregard for their customers and their contracts. DON’T HIRE J & J!!!
