I walked in 50 mins before they closed. I had an issue with my computer where the mouse pad and part of the keyboard wasn’t working. The tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. My problem was fixed and that was amazing because bestbuy wanted to charge me $ 150 just to send it off for 1 week to to get a diagnosis. The repair cost with Atlanta Computers was really affordable and reasonable. Ill definitely be referring people and bringing any other of my devices to them to fix if the time comes. Fast service and affordable prices, you cant beat that. Thanks again!!!

I am very disappointed in the service I received. I dropped my laptop off at noon on a Wednesday to be serviced. I was quoted a price much higher than I paid before for the same service and was told the service would only take a few hours and someone would contact me before the close of the business day to for me to return and pick up my laptop. I never heard from anyone that day. I called the following morning around 11pm and was told by a technician that the data was being reinstalled and my laptop would be ready in a few hours. I called the office back at 5pm to let them know I was on my way to pick up my computer and again was told the software was still loading and that someone would call me before the store closes. I received no call. On Friday afternoon I called again to ask why I had not received any calls back, if my computer was ready and if I could speak to the manager. Tim told me the manager was not available and that my called would be returned shortly(my computer was still not ready) Finally Saturday afternoon around 12pm I received a call from Tim stating that my computer was ready. I expressed to him how unhappy I was with their service and lack of communication. I was hours away from their Snellville location and would not be able to pick up my computer until Monday due to them being closed on Sundays. When I arrived to pick up my computer i asked the owner(Brian) why the repair took so long after being told it would be ready the same day and if that was not the case, why no one told me that when I called several times for updates on my computer repair. Brian states«We are very busy and I would have to hire an extra person to call customers with status updates.» There was no apology or concern about my frustration and how I was given the runaround. He then states that the product key was worn off on the back of my laptop and thats what took so long. I told him I have a copy of the product key at home. If he would have called me back days ago I could have given him the info over the phone. He did not respond but still continued to charge me $ 165.00 for virus repair on my computer. I received very poor service, will not return and will inform my patients and friends about the way I was treated there.

RUNAWAY!!! DON’T GO!!! The staff is completely rude and hostile. I dropped off my laptop for a basic cleanup issue and left with scratches/damages to the exterior of my laptop. NOTWORTHIT!!!

Great place to get your computer related items repaired or checked out. Went there with a printer issue, and the owner was kind enough to offer a free diagnosis and made helpful suggestions. No charge made me feel bad, but at the same time I can see their attention to win customers rather than make a one time sale. I appreciate that. Thanks guys and hope to see you again in the future the need arises!
