Update: so I had to update my review unfortunately as I will no longer go to this salon. I feel as if the manager is slowly letting her technicians out of control. My last visit the woman painted my toes the wrong color. OK, not a big deal that can be fixed. Second, she cut my right big toe way far down by accident so now it looks like I have half a toe nail with a huge piece of flesh or toe«meat» at the top. This will take weeks of growth to correct! DESIGN:See picture. I’m not sure wtf this is. They just throw lines and curves down and call it a design. They used to be so much better! Honestly that’s not what pissed me off. The techs kept commenting on my ring, then went on to ask me about my job, my discounts, my income etc. I thought that was totally outrageous and asked them at that point to just finish up so I could leave. I will not be returning. P. S. Yes they did the«here’s your receipt now I’m going to stand here 2″ inches from you until you put a tip on the paper» Remind you I’m still getting my nails done at this point and only my tech doing my toes had finished. Yes, she stood there through two applications of color on ten fingers for a tip. She would have stood through the design too if I didn’t ask her the third time to allow me to finish my services before pulling my wet nails away from the tech to give this women her tip. SMH

I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 that means I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have never I mean never had such a horrible HORRIBLE experience. They did no nail prep none at all, first hr asked me did I want the pink acrylic I said no I want to clear«ohh that $ 5 more», later on I asked him«so is the pink $ 5?» he said«no no its $ 5 more»… okay so the pink and the clear are $ 5 more? Then he asked what shape I wanted and I said I want the edges the filed… well that was $ 5! Once they realize that I just wanted the basic set of acrylic & I wasn’t giving into their constant upsell, they basically just proceeded to do the crappiest job possible. It was so uncomfortable, I went in there to have a nice and relaxing time and I was just so pissed I just wanted to get out there as fast as possible. Honestly I’m so upset at myself for not just walking out. Then he didn’t even ask me how long I wanted my nails he just chopped them super super short, I mean what was the point of even getting acrylics at that point? Also as any person who gets their nails done knows, after they’re done with the filing they will usually ask you to go wash your hands he didn’t do any of that. He filed my nails and just put the nail polish right on top. Then after he was done with my nails he’s got the same clippers that they were using on my toes and used them to cut my cuticles and three of my fingers are bleeding I’ve never had my fingers bleeding EVER!!! Then they asked me multiple times if I wanted to get my eyebrows done. I said no then they looked at me and talk to each other and then laughed at me while staring at me. I’m like after you messed up my nails why would I let you touch my eyebrows? Also I saw a little roach walking across the floor, I would have said something but I’m so done with this place. To make matters worse I have no clue how but they managed to get acrylic on top of my painted nails I now have little white flecks all over my nails I really have no clue how they managed to do this it must of been magic. I know I really should have said something or spoke to manager but I was seriously so upset. I honestly just figured that they were trained to provide such crap service. I just wanted to pay the bill and get out of there, I know I shouldn’t of paid for that bad experience I will never ever go back disgusting!

Terrible customer service. Loyal customer until my over priced acrylic powder nails fell off two days after and went to redo them while accused of lying and they refused service or reimbursement. Better to put your money on somewhere that is not cheap.

Came in for a pedi and eyebrow wax. Technician was very rude and bossy. My nails turned out fine but it wasn’t worth the attitude. Also, I asked for a eyebrow wax and honestly looks they worse than when I came in. She only used wax, didn’t tweeze the strays or trim. She used the calming lotion when I asked not to because it makes me breakout. Very inconsiderate to the customer. Will not be returning.

I came in for a pedicure. The salon was packed, I waited about 30 mins before they got a chair to sit in. All the techs were busy helping out other customers, and more interested in the accident that happened outside, than their clients. The water got cold, I tired to get someone’s attention, but no one came by. I knew i should I have left at this point. An hour later, someone finally came and get my toes. It honestly looked like what a 5 year old would have done. She cut my toe nails way too short, the nail polish was not painted on smoothly, still have polish on the skin around it. The regular pedicure should have been 30 min long, but she rushed the entire process. I will never go back there again. I felt like it was a waste of $ 20 for something I could have done myself at home.

I’ve been to several different Nail Salons in metro Atlanta, and this one is by far the best! When you enter, you are greeted by the owner who takes on a kind of ‘hostess’ role and greets you at the counter/nail bar and asks what kind of service you are looking for. I’ve never had to wait(and I’m a monthly customer) for more than 2 minutes to be seated at one of the chairs. There are two long rows of chairs along both sides of the walls and one small row on the back wall, which they seat men on this middle row. Once seated, one of their MANY(I’ve counted as many as 21 employees working at the same time) technicians welcomes you and hands you a menu of pedicure services, and before this, I didn’t realize how many variations of a pedicure there could be and apparently there are 15. Each of the different choices are combinations of different products used and specific services offered with the price and time each service will require; I highly recommend Pedicure # 12: Mandarin Honey which includes nail trim and file and shaping, callus remover with file, mandarin honey sugar scrub with massage, hot towel, mandarin honey mask with massage, ending with a third massage with hot stones(1hr and 15min, $ 35). This place is upscale so you can expect to pay more than your average salon, but once you go, you won’t go anywhere else.

I came here a few weeks ago because my aunt gave me a gift card for Christmas. It took a while for me to come in, but I had a great experience. I got solar(acrylic) nails, and the technician did an excellent job. The quality of the work was beautiful. This place is very clean, and it was actually REALLY busy when I came in. They have so many pedicure chairs, and so many people working. Apparently this is a really popular salon. It has a modern atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in a luxury spa. I would come here again if not for the price. $ 45 for gel nails?!? Ouch. I can get them done for $ 25 in Athens. I definitely couldn’t afford to come here if I didn’t have a gift card.

I came in today and I was greeted by a nail technician. I asked for the price for a gel manicure, which should include filing of the nail, cuticle trimming, massaging and a polish. The lady said it would be $ 25 for the gel manicure so I agreed to have it done. Not only did she not massage my hands, I did not receive any filing on my nails or trimming of my cuticle! She did such a poor job on my gel polish. There was polish on the sides, it wasn’t put on near my cuticles so it looked like my nails grew out already, and the polish wasn’t even. When she told me that it would be $ 25 for the gel manicure, I asked her why would it be $ 25 if I never received a massage or cuticle trimming. She insisted that she had massage my hands and that it would be $ 25. The manager did not even do anything to make up for the poor service I received. Very disappointed!

Went to de-stress get a mani and a pedi. They have a lemon pedi that is unbelievably nice. Really enjoyed the experience. Jennifer was really nice. I was her last customer of the day and she treated me like I was her first. Again great experience.
