My husband and I highly recommend Aaron Roth Real Estate. We chose Aaron Roth when we were looking to relocate to San Diego from the Midwest. We told Aaron we would be in town for 3 days the first week of October. I gave him a list of what we needed in a home. With his expertise in the field, he searched homes including scoping them out before we got there to eliminate the ones he knew would not work for us. He showed us a home we loved by the end of the first day. He worked extremely hard to negotiate a deal we were very happy with injust a few days. Not being in town, I was nervous about the rest of the process. Aaron’s team was wonderful to work with. They made the rest of the sale very easy for us. They explained every part of the process and were available for every call we made to them. We couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely the best real estate agent I’ve ever had work for me. This man works harder than any agent I’ve seen. I will never use anyone else to sell my properties again. Very, very skilled at negotiating.

Aaron was recommended to us by a very close friend of ours. We needed a house in Carlsbad area. Aaron work so diligently first in understanding our needs and later in finding the places that could fit our taste. He’s is very profesional, organised and such a pleasant person to be around. When we found the house we liked, he had become a friend of us. Once we found the place, and since he knew what we were looking for he came with great suggestions on what changes we could make to the house that we took his advice and remodelled the entire house. It turn out be a must see in the entire neighbourhood.
3 years Later we needed to relocate to a different state, and had to sell the house. With no doubt we called Aaron to handle the whole process. Everything was so smooth and well organised from the posting of the sales adds to the final closing event. The handling of the paperwork, inspections, open house events, handling of the offers and negotiations was so well managed that we never had an incident. Selling a property is a big deal, and he made it look so simple because of his knowledge and proficient staff at his office.
