Stew M.

Business Owner

Stew’s background is a diverse blend of real estate project management, design, and construction expertise. His career began at age 8, fiddling with pencils and rulers at his dad’s west LA architectural office. Working summers as a finish carpenter while attending UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, he soon understood that architecture and construction are at their best when they are on continuous process. After graduating with a dual major in architecture and construction technology, Stew was soon designing and building custom homes in the canyons and along the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu. Over the years he has designed and built all manner of residential housing, from single-​family homes to master planned communities exceeding 59 acres, all types of multi-​family housing including historic restoration projects, seniors housing, and intentional communities.
