Speed To Burn provides professional instruction in speed and agility training. Our speed training programs are designed to take serious athletes of all sports to the next competitive level. Through improved conditioning and increased speed, Speed To Burn training can help athletes competing at any level achieve their full potential. Speed training sessions can accommodate individuals, small groups, or teams, and can be tailored to the athlete’s specific sport.
We are based in San Diego and our trainers can come to a location that is convenient for you, anywhere in the San Diego vicinity and surrounding areas.

With 18 years of professional soccer experience, Paul understands the physical requirements of competing at the highest level. He has used this experience to develop strategies that teach other athletes how to enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
Paul has experience training professional athletes in other sports. His background includes:
* Former Speed and Agility /Strength and Conditioning Coach for the San Diego Sockers and Baltimore Blast Professional Indoor Soccer Teams
* Assisted in the training and conditioning program for the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL
* Worked under speed consultant for the Baltimore Ravens
* 18 years as a professional soccer player (MLS, English 1st Division, and various indoor leagues)
* 2003⁄2004 All Star plus 8 additional All Star selections
* 5 Indoor Championship Titles and 8 Championship Finals appearances during professional soccer career (indoor and outdoor)
* AFAA Certified Personal Trainer
