Description

Specialties

Daniel Bolton, LMHC is a counselor and life coach who specializes in helping men redefine their approach to relationships in a way that feels authentic, and is in line with healthy male development. I specialize in self-esteem from childhood to parenthood, self-actualization, and helping men build and maintain attraction and intimacy. For men feeling successful in their relationships is part of getting to a confident place in their lives. Likewise feeling confident in their lives is a vital component of having a happy, healthy relationship. I work with men who have had experiences that make intimacy difficult, impeding healthy, happy relationships. The foundation for male self-esteem begins in childhood and sets the foundation for men to share themselves in relationships, feel successful, as well as being a meaningful part of their children’s lives. My approach to therapy includes in depth listening in combination with actionable advice.

History

Established in 2004.

After gaining experience working in various clinic and hospital settings Daniel Bolton, LMHC decided to bring that expertise into private practice to better serve the local community.
