It truly is as good as it gets! My experience with Eagle Trust Insurance has been incredible! We were looking for affordable auto insurance and Carl, the owner, who helped us out, found us an insurance rate we couldn’t believe!!! Apart from that, what we received was more than just a low monthly rate. Carl was dedicated and determined to help us out and level of customer service we received was incomparable! He stayed 2 hours after the offices close hour just for us! When I left him a phone message he called me back the same day at 6:30 pm just to reassure me! I cannot say enough good things that will honestly do this business justice! As an individual who has lived and worked in three different countries and in three different states within the US I have never received such customer service! Professionalism, Efficiency, Dedication, Respect! Thank you Carl! Congratulations to the whole team! I am over ecstatic and I definitely think that USA could benefit from more places with that kind of mentality and professionalism!

I already had my auto insurance policy with this agency but when the insurance company raised it significantly with an address change when I moved to the next town over, the owner, Carl, went out of his way to help me bring it back at least to where the premium had been prior to the move with not much loss of coverage. He was very helpful and polite and happily go back there again.

I leased a new vehicle right between Christmas and the new year, and despite the busyness and lull of the holidays, Cindy from Eagle Trust was incredibly responsive and thorough in getting me set up with insurance. I called Cindy in the morning and she had me set up with the best rate I’d found on auto insurance by lunch. She even found a way to couple renters’ insurance to get me a lower auto insurance rate, which even when combined, was less expensive than the half dozen other companies I had cross-​shopped with. She worked with the dealership to get my paperwork through and I was able to pick up my car that same day.
Moreover, I had an issue where the dealership had improperly faxed my paperwork without my permission to another agency, and I was seemingly left holding two policies. When I explained this situation to Cindy, she took it upon herself to reach out to the other insurance company and send in the right paperwork to resolve this situation. She did this without my prompting and helped my 2016 get off to a stress-​free start in a new vehicle.
I appreciated the service and the fact that Cindy went above & beyond to help me even after she had sold me my policy. Thank you, Cindy, and hope that other folks have as great an experience as I did.

After calling 9 different insurance companies that were going to give me a affordable car policy. (Since I am a new driver). I decided to call Eagle Trust Insurance to see if I could come in. Cindy helped me out and she is AMAZING !!! She understood that I was a new young/​driver, and she helped me find the right and affordable policy. Not deceptive in nature? I was not informed in any way that my plan was downgraded until I saw the final application form she wanted me to sign. She did mention there was a small change in price, but she did not say anything about LOWERING MY COVERAGE BY 120K. Why people buy home insurance? Because they want to guarantee when something really bad happens, they can get their money back. The coverage she gave me was much lower than what I paid for the house. I am a quant analyst. I calculate numbers from billions to basis points. I give her one star for a reason.

I have recently had the pleasure of working with Carl and Alda for my own as well as both of my kids insurance policies. The process from Eagle Insurance was nothing less than effortless. They did all the work and I sat back and waited for the policy savings. Extremely responsive via email and called when they had questions that needed immediate attention. My son recently just saved over $ 900 on his policy!
I would strongly suggest contacting Eagle Insurance to have your insurance policy, at the very least, reviewed. We all want to save money and Eagle insurance will give their all to help you do just that!

I discovered Eagle Trust Insurance on a friend’s recommendation. I must say I am really happy for having gone there. Being an expat freshly moved to the US, Cindy made me comfortable by patiently explaining me all the options available for a car insurance. The process was really smooth. I advise expats to have their foreign drivers license transferred to MA, certified translation (if not already in english) of a statement from your insurance company abroad and your car papers ready. Oh, and the price was really great too! I saved 300 $ compared with online quotes. Great job!

Eagle Trust Insurance is as good as it gets. Cindy was so kind, helpful, patient and thoughtful. I was nervous about getting my registration changed over and dreading waiting in line at the DMV the next day. They had a runner handle that for me for only $ 20. I got an amazing quote for my insurance that is even lower than I was paying in NY. I feel so lucky that I chose to go with them, and I recommend them highly!

This is my first Unilocal review, ever. I use Unilocal often but haven’t felt compelled to write a review for any services rendered or food eaten. That changed yesterday. I just moved to Somerville and needed to get my car insured and registered in Massachusetts. My car was previously registered and insured in Alaska, whose rates for both were much lower. I was afraid I’d have to sell my car because I wouldn’t be able to afford what I was being quoted by insurance companies like Geico.
I found Eagle Trust Online pretty randomly and decided to put in a request for a quote late in the afternoon Sunday. The first thing Monday morning, I get an email from Cindy Garcia, one of the insurance agents at Eagle Trust inquiring more about my situation. I call ET and within 20 minutes, she’s found me a great policy I can afford. ET also has a runner service, who, for $ 20 will take your title and registration application to the DMV for you and come back, same day with the plates. I ran over to ET to catch the runner in time. Sitting down with Cindy, she was so attentive, so thorough and so incredibly friendly. I’ve worked in Customer Service for over ten years and her customer service skills are unparalleled. She was not only interested in helping me, but she was interested in listening to me. she was full of warm-​hearted attention to help me find a solution to my insurance problem. Her knowledge of the way different insurances worked, how different discounts applied and also the idiosyncrasies of the MA DMV were vast and very helpful.
I left wishing that I could have tipped her because of how much help she was to me. I sincerely valued my experience with Eagle Trust and if any other insurance needs arise, I know exactly where to go!

Haven’t filed a claim in the decade+ I’ve been with Best Rate but recently asked Nancy to find me the most cost effective policy and she was able to do that. Highly professional and she worked quickly on my request.

Top notch professionals. I needed insurance for a motorcycle and car and I literally had no knowledge of insurance going into it. Cindy and Carl spent the time to find me the best rates and explained the whole process to me. Cindy even wrote out what I should expect to hear when I went to register the vehicles at the RMV. I can’t express how much of a burden they relieved from me for not having to deal with the insurance companies myself and learn everything to get the best coverage and rate. I wholeheartedly recommend Best Rate insurance: My car insurance is up for renewal these days, and I wanted to check if there would be a better insurance rate for our car and I was curious to see if a local office would be able to help me. So, I decided to give a cold call to Best Rate, knowing that they are in Somerville, across the street from SoundBites. I got to talk to Cindy, who turned out to be the kindest, most knowledgeable and most importantly, most honest insurance agent I’ve ever spoken to. In a series of email exchanges, alongside the quotes she provided, she offered insider insights and asked the right questions, going item by item over my insurance policy, seeking to see if I could get a better deal than what I have now with my current agent. After all the searches and quotes, it turned out that I would still get a better deal through my current agent, so I decided to stay with my current insurance agent and not to go ahead with Best Insurance. This was a hard decision, driven primarily by economic reasons. Yet it was made easier by knowing that Cindy was totally understandable, and because of her response, she and her agency deserve all the stars in the world! I will definitely go back to her the next time my insurance is up for renewal and if you are shopping for a good insurance deal, please go and talk to her, she will do her best to guide you through all the potential savings and not hold it against you if you happen to find a better rate elsewhere. Bravo!

Never had to claim, but for just keeping my car insured I’ve found Best Rate to be friendly, helpful and reliable. Every time I renew, I get a quote from elsewhere to compare, and Best Rate always turns out to be cheaper

After having Brennan Insurance since 1976 I did not know what was going to happen when Mr Brennan retired. Slowly he merged in with Best Rate Insurance. Then he left his longtime clients in their capable hands. I have nothing but good things to say about Best Rate! They’ve helped me a great deal & recently helped me to save over $ 200 in my auto insurance cost. They are very nice to deal with.
