QRST’s Custom Printing

I would recommend this company for anyone who needs shirts printed fast! their turnaround was less than 48 hours for 4 shirts. and they turned out perfect!!! pricing was great as well!

I had 5 custom shirts printed for a charity walk. I had never done this before, and I found that the shirts were easy to design on the website. QRST did a great job printing! The shirts were exactly what we wanted and were ready a few days earlier than expected. The people there very friendly and incredibly easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I placed an order for 15 custom t-​shirts 5 – 6 days before I needed them. I called multiple places that turned me down before finding QRST online. My first encounter was with Rachael, who informed me that they usually require atleast 7 – 10 business days but she would check to see if they’ll be able to accommodate my order. Indeed they were. I placed my order on-​line using their order inquiry page, and not long after I received an email confirmation from Peter asking that I confirm my order. Both Peter and Racheal offered superb customer service and guided me through every step of processing my order. I would recommend them to family and friends and I plan to utilize their services in the near future.
Thank you to everyone at QRST. My niece was overjoyed seeing her face on our shirts as she modeled down the runway!

I picked up my custom order today and it turned out awesome! The staff was really helpful and they really did a quality job executing my photo quality digital tshirt print. Also– most places up charge you for small orders, not here! I paid just $ 17/​shirt for 2 shirts and they finished my order in only 2 days! I’m really happy with my order, I will be using them for all my future tshirt printing needs!

Very nice people but not very helpful. If you have a problem they don’t offer any solutions to help ameliorate the situation. The quality of the garment they printed on was very poor and the printing itself was horrible. The coloring was different on each side and they offered no help to make it better. I do not recommend their services nor would I come here again. I wanted to try a new printer and realized that was a mistake. I strongly suggest people go to Hemlock Ink.

QRST’s is such a backbone for my business. When I started my company, Let Them Eat Fashion, I wanted to find a printer who was well-​priced, efficient, personable, and damn good at what they did. After some trial and error, I came along QRST’s.
Thanks to their Unilocal deal, I decided to bring a batch of t-​shirts to Peter and his team, and I was nothing short of completely satisfied with the finished product! Not only was the turnaround time wicked fast, the t-​shirts were exactly how I designed them and of the highest quality. I continue to go to QRST’s for this exact reason, and when something may fall short of what you expected, he is dedicated to making it right, no hassle whatsoever.
There’s something about a business that has an overflowing amount of integrity. It makes working with them comfortable, enjoyable, and mutually beneficial. Peter is a man of his word, down to the letters Q, R, S, and T. You don’t find that type of trust and honesty nowadays, and it’s something that Peter and his team have in spades.

I am very impressed with QRST’s for custom printing.
Last Friday, I brought in my singlet for the upcoming Boston Marathon to have my first name printed on the front and a custom design, not yet ready, on the back. The guys at QRST’s quickly took my order and then delivered the total fee: $ 9. I actually asked them if it was a mistake, but it was not. A front and back custom design (black ink only) cost just $ 9, and it didn’t even faze them that they hadn’t seen the specifics of the back design. They promised to have it done in two weeks.
I was able to send my custom artwork via email on Monday, and received a call today, Friday, that the singlet was ready – a full week early. It looks even better than I imagined.
QRST’s was quick, affordable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend using them for custom print jobs such as personalizing your race singlets.

I consistently order from QRSTs for tshirts needed for an organization I am a member of at university. They consistently look beautiful, last long, and are finished in a timely manner. After years of ordering from Custom Ink, I was very impressed with the prompt ordering process, very reasonable prices, and quick turnaround.
I do wish their emails/​invoice had a sort of picture of your apparel with the design on it — which might beat some of the miscommunications in the other reviews. That being said, as long as you’re reading your invoice over carefully then you should be all set.
In my most recent order, I needed them sooner than we previously thought we would and QRSTs rushed it by a few days for no extra charge. We are eternally grateful. You can’t beat the prices, for the timeline and the service which QRSTs offers to the greater Boston area! I will be ordering from here for my organization in the future!

despite repeated phone calls, i was told i could bring in a usb drive and use their computers to confirm final set-​up. after FINALLY finding their building (in a labyrinth of roads!), i was told i could not use their computers.

with the score 0 – 3 in the bottom of the 9^th, two outs, QRST stepped up to the plate and came through with a home run for me: 5 T-​shirts, delivered… It wasn’t cheap, but a one hour turnaround was a ridiculous request… Peter was patient and kept his promise…
The website and design process makes it simple to design, compare products, processes and cost-​out an order… QRST (curious name) has my business for life!

A friend gifted us a design for our wedding invitations, and when we needed someone to print them on fabric, we didn’t even think of screen printing at first. Once we talked to Peter at QRST, we knew we were in good hands. He provided us with a very reasonable quote, got our questions answered quickly, and even had them ready early! I’ve been ordering logo t-​shirts and polo shirts from QRST’s for over 10 years. Three words describe what it’s like to order from them: FRIENDLY — FAST — KNOWLEDGABLE
I’ve placed small orders as well as orders exceeding 1000 shirts and my experience is always the same. The team is careful to understand my needs, they follow up and communicate well and they deliver the goods when they say they will. The quality of their work is awesome. I’ve never had to worry about my logo not appearing correctly or poor quality in general.
QRST’s is THE place to go for tradeshow shirt giveaways, team shirts, event shirts and company logo apparel.

QRST has reasonable prices and great customer service. They worked with us to design the shirt (positioning of logo), provided prompt quotes and were able to deliver for free.
Only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 stars is a mix-​up in shirt sizing and number. However, they promptly refunded the amount I over payed and replaced the incorrectly sized shirts and let us keep the extras.
The flexible delivery to our campus (business school in Allston/​Boston) was really key and great for busy students!

QRST’S was great to work with, from start to finish. The quote was reasonable, the turnaround time was quick, and the final product, printed from a digital file, looked stunning! I would absolutely use them again. The only hitch in the whole process came when I didn’t double check the invoice; they’d put the wrong quantity down, and so we needed to go back and get four more shirts made. Since they already had the file, they did it in just a couple of days with no problems at all.

I recently placed an order in with QRST’s. I wish I could say I had a great experience, but I didn’t.
So you place your order by email. In my email, I specifically mentioned that I wanted Royal Gildan tank tops. The front picture for the image I provided was yellow on a Royal/​turquoise/​blue background. The back picture image I provided was also yellow on a Royal/​turquoise/​blue background.
It should be very clear that I wanted my design on a Royal/​Blue/​Turquoise Gildan Tank. I think this is pretty obvious.
So they send me back the invoice. First big mistake I catch is that they recorded t-​shirt and not tank top.
They sent me another invoice. I double check to make sure it is a tank top and not a t-​shirt. Great. I approve and they tell me it will be finished by Friday.
Luckily, they finished early. However, when I came to pick up my order the tanks were RED. This is a customer’s worst nightmare. WHY WOULD I SUBMIT MY DESIGN ON A BLUE/​TURQUOISE BACKGROUND IF I WANTED RED?
Here is what really pissed me off.
I said I clearly specified in the email that I wanted royal gildan tank tops. ROYAL GILDAN IS VERY SPECIFIC. The man retorted that royal was not blue. He told me Royal was red, and I was the one who was confused.
Uhm excuse me sir, but royal gildan is pretty darn specific and accurate.
Well I placed another order in. They offered 25% off and to have it by Friday. Great. Problem solved. I just am footed with a bill.
Here is my advice:
When ordering with QRSTs, they WILL make mistakes on the invoice, even when you thought you may have been pretty darn explicit.

I have to concur, especially with what I was experiencing.
I needed to order shirts for the Dorchester Day Parade, and our otherwise branding company was being extremely flakey about the Memorial Day holiday in the two week time period I had, and trying to charge us additional speed shipping which would increase the cost of the shirts about a third. Oh, and they weren’t even sure if they’d get there. Dejected, I started to look local.
Enter QRST.
They were able to take my order, make sure the art was great (I was worried about our logo appearing funky or pixelated), print, and box the shirts within a week with only a token speed turn around time charge and no set up cost.
The walk to the building was a bit confusing and it was a bizarre neighboorhood. I had to do a pick up because they only deliver on Tuesday/​Thursdays, and our timing was critical. Inside, the employees had my order ready, and I actually had a great conversation with one of the employees whose aunt had a similair job and company as I did.
Shirts looked great (we did a very basic one color print), and that logo wasn’t even an issue. I was so very surprised, and will go here again for future printing ventures (of which we’re going to have many… yikes)

Great experience with QRST’s. They helped me out and rushed a job for me — even finished ahead of the scheduled time. Shirts came out perfectly.
Very nice staff, and always great to go local instead of an online company.

Year two working with QRSTs and we’re still happy campers.
This year they did shirts for a softball team we have and again hooked us up with our JPMorgan Corporate Challenge shirts (see picture).
I cannot say enough good things about QRSTs and specifically Peter. Again, he was completely patient with my bumbling through getting him the correct information for our items and still rocked out some great work.
We are so pleased with them and can’t wait to work with them again. Maybe this time I won’t have to call him a million times :)
