The work they did was exactly the estimate he had given. (Work included installing a gas line for outdoor grill)

Great Service!!! We had a serious problem with a shower drain. Another plumber said we needed to replace the drain pipe. We knew the expense to fix would be high since house is on a cement slab. Wife suggested we call Line Locators to «actually» see what the problem was at that end of the house. Eddie came and checked our pipes with a video camera attached to a cable. Discovered the shower drain pipe was OK but roots in the pipe were causing the problem and the connection gasket hooking up the house with the city line coming in needed replacement to. Cleaning the roots out and giving us a new clean out for that corner of the house fixed our problems. And the BEST PART it was done outside the house and not breaking the cement slab inside the house. Appreciated Eddies expertise! Thank You! Reuben

The worst experience with a plumber I’ve ever had. Some young kid showed up and didn’t have the basic part to fix one thing, and didn’t have the right tool to fix another. The toilet he fixed still leaks and the faucet and accessories he put in are in the wrong order. He was unable to fix another leaking faucet. Really? Charged over $ 100 an hour and billed for travel time too.

I have used many plumbers in the Sonoma area and Eddy and his crew have always been there for me when there is plumbing emergency!
I am a manager of a commercial property and when things go wrong, it takes one phone call. A water heater in our complex blew out, spreading water through the ceiling, down the walls and onto the floor. I called them at 10:30am and it was replaced and cleaned up by 1:30 pm, the very same day. I felt like I was his only client! Thanks Eddy and Damon.

Eddie is just great to work with. Responds quickly, doesn’t do work that isn’t needed, prices fairly. My water heater stopped one morning — an emergency in my world! — I called Eddie, he came right out, discovered the pilot light was out, lit it, done! So easy, so pleasant.

Eddy from ER Plumbing came to my shop to check on a water leak. Without any estimate or explanation of what the problem was, Eddy proceeded to dig a hole where the leak seemed to be coming from and he gave me an estimate of over $ 2000 to do the repair. I found another contractor to take care of the problem for $ 500 (with all new copper pipes).
Eddy then sent me an invoice for over $ 700 — 4 guys with an hourly wage of $ 100 each just for locating a leak. I feel completely ripped off and the bill was totally unjustified.
I ended up paying the bill because he confronted me at my store and I did not want to have any more interaction with him.
I will NEVER do business with such an unethical person and business.

Eddie is fast and efficient. They are open 24 hours a day almost every day of the year.
He loves his job and it shows. He is very proud of what he does. You can get an appointment for the same day on most days even if it’s not an emergency. He is extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile.
He may be slightly higher in price than some but well worth it. What good is saving a dime if you have to pay to do the same job twice? Seriously consider ER Plumbing & Line Locators for all your plumbing needs.
