We have had glass replacements done at Portland and have always been pleased. Just recently we were doing a major remodel for bathroom, looking for a frameless shower, not having the knowledge needed I went to Portland and a competitor! Portland was by far the most helpful, prompt, courteous, and skilled to do the job! Needless to say, the competitor made me feel discouraged with my choice. Thank you Patty for the prompt attention for a quote, and Dave the installer for his outstanding job on our Frameless Shower!

More damage than repair! Do not bring a broken car window to this place. The technicians showed a real lack of care as they returned the car to me twice with the inner door panel still off and the window unfixed, expecting me twice to drive around that way. After many weeks of working with them, I took my car to a different place that had it all fixed up in an hour.

Found this business via a Google search. I was not disappointed.
They managed to get me in less that 24 hours after I contacted them, and were able to accomodate to my work schedule. They finished 2 and a half hours earlier than initially expected.
The pricing of my windshield and side mirror replacement, came in at just under $ 100 short of my expected budget (I shopped around a bit and talked to some people.)
They actually picked up the gum wrappers and vacuumed the front and passenger seat floors for me as well.
From now on I will be recommending all my friends to have their seasonal cracks fixed here.

Had a pretty good experience having my windshield replaced here. No problems with the insurance, 1 year chip repair and replacement. The people were friendly and the service was quick.
