Love bringing the family here. Flavor selections are always changing, always interesting and very good. They always have fresh toppings, the staff are incredibly friendly and keep the place spotless.

I try practically every yogurt place I come across, I would say this is in my top 2. Nice small place, not too many yogurt flavors to choose from but the ones they do have are good. Tons of toppings to put on though! I would suggest getting rid of that giant mirror they have on the wall behind the toppings though because it messes with my head every time.

I am not usually one to give 5 stars, but this location went above and beyond when I made a suggestion. I contacted the location and they were friendly, open-minded, kind and and willing to assist in any way possible. One gentleman who works here is constantly upbeat and I can’t help but smile with his contagious outgoing personality and politeness. It’s wonderful to get a frozen yogurt and sit on the common to enjoy the evening. The yogurt types do change often — but what’s life without a little change now and again? Plenty of toppings to enjoy.

This is a cute little spot and I love the live-edge wood counters. We stopped here after dinner one night while celebrating our son’s birthday. It was completely empty and the clerk had NO personality at all. The flavors of yogurt were very limited and they didn’t have the fresh berry toppings that you see at PeachWave. It was VERY pricey. While eating his yogurt, our son had some dizziness and had difficulty swallowing for just a second. I didn’t make a big deal of it(he was OK) but asked the clerk for a small cup of water. Most ice cream and yogurt shops set out a water pitcher and small cups. She said that I could buy a large bottled water from the cooler. I once asked the clerk at PeachWave for about 15 of their large containers for a craft project I was working on with my daughter. I offered to pay for them of course. The clerk told the manager and she ended up insisting that I take them at no charge. The little things sometimes mean a lot. As for the yogurt at Berkshire, I’d say that it was fine.

Yay! Overpriced but still delicious and crave-worthy yogurt. Self serve, so take more than you wanted by mistake, mix clashing flavors, top it with a bizarre assortment of toppings and then almost faint from shock when they tell you how much it costs. Still, my husband and I are obsessed with this place and go here every excuse we get. I don’t know why … it just makes me happy they’re here. Maybe it’s the mochi cubes and mini caramel turtles … they’re just so fun. Use their punch cards to justify the expense — hey, only 4 more $ 7 cups of yogurt and you get one free!

A nice little spot to grab a frozen treat in South Hadley Commons. It’s close and local, that is why I like it. I like the atmosphere inside also, most frozen yogurt places have loud colors with limited seating hinting to it’s clients to eat fast or leave after purchasing. This place is the opposite with cool wooden bar tables to sit at in a relaxing setting. They may not have as many flavors or toppings as some of the other places. But I will always find something I like and it always tastes good. If your in the area give it try.

I’ll make this short and sweet: I think there were 8 flavors of yogurt. Most of them looked crappy, so I grabbed cotton candy. It was famazing. Seriously, I thought cinnamon roll from mofroyo had my heart forever… until I had this. New favorite. The topping selection kind of sucked. They were out of marshmallow fluff(it was right before closing time, in their defense). It kind of seemed like they were out of a lot of stuff, or just didn’t have anything good. The staff did offer to go get more fluff for me, but I didn’t feel like waiting for it. I wanted my yogurt, and I wanted it right the –f– then. That’s about all that’s worth mentioning here. I mean, it’s nothing special… unless you get cotton candy. That’s something special.

It’s not great, the favors are pretty limited. The fro-yo is of the sweeter variety.(I prefer mine to try to taste less like ice cream…) The toppings are cheapish. The piped in music and giant teevee aren’t helping the ambiance. The staff varies from friendly to apathetic. It’s not the worst fro-yo in all the world, but it misses the best by a long shot. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet and cold, it’s not a bad spot.

OK. First of all, they don’t even come close to comparing to the awesomeness that is Goberry — too sweet and not enough tart. Second, they are pricey. Way too pricey. Third this location plays country music all the time(this is my own issue, I know. Some of you may love that part). Still, we live across the street, so we find ourselves there anyway from time to time. But the final straw that compelled me to to write this review is that they can’t seem to publicize accurate hours! The official website says they close at 11PM, one of their 2 different(what’s up with that?) Facebook pages says 10PM, when actually they close at 9PM(when I called she actually asked me «which Facebook page are you looking at?») Please Berkshire Yogurt, you are our go to in desperation when we don’t want to drive to Amherst, so can you get it together? Thanks.

This place is right across from the school I go to, and their yogurt is decent. I wouldn’t really call it yogurt though, it’s more like soft serve ice cream. Their flavors change often, which is a plus, but all their flavors tend to be too sweet and it melts pretty fast. There are a wide variety of toppings: fruit, cereal, candies, nuts, etc. which is also nice, but the toppings sometimes don’t taste the most fresh.

The yogurt was okay… a little overly sweet, though. I would’ve given them 3 stars, but they did not have a single topping labeled. That definitely needs fixing. I might go again if I was already in South Hadley, but otherwise, I’ll stick to the yogurt place that uses local ingredients and has a higher-quality product.

Excellent frozen yogurt and consistently great toppings. This has already become a family staple for us!
