History

Established in 2005.

Brian and Brooke founded Monarch Design Build in 2005. It has grown into a full service design + build architecture firm. Scope of work include residential and commercial projects. Monarch’s strength come from the depth of diversity our team members encompass, including experience both locally and internationally.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Brooke was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe. She was a member of the U.S. Ski Team and traveled the world cup circuit for five years. This experience gave her the unique opportunity to see and experience the worlds premier mountain and ski towns architecture.

She holds a Bachelors of Architecture with an emphasis on sustainable environments from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. She is a LEED Accredited professional, holds an NCARB certificate and is a Licensed California and Nevada Architect.

For over ten years Brooke has been completing projects in Lake Tahoe and the surrounding regions, she has an extensive working knowledge of the various agencies within the basin. She has worked on the design of numerous homes in Lahontan, Martis Camp, Grey’s Crossing and lake front properties.
