I wish I could give Brandon more stars… real estate agents don’t get any better than this!
Brandon was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. His knowledge of South Lake Tahoe is unparalleled and he gave us honest pros and cons regardless of the prices of the properties we looked at. He also knows the vacation rental market well and was able to recommend which neighborhoods and houses would make excellent vacation rentals. He also worked with a local property manager to get estimated nightly prices and nights rented per year for the houses we were interested in.
Since we we’re not in the area Brandon went above and beyond by touring a house by himself that we couldn’t get access to on the weekends. He took a 10 minute video of the house and gave us some great feedback on it. We felt comfortable enough from the video and his assessment to make an offer on the house without having physically been there ourselves, and it turned out to be the best decision possible.
After we purchased the house Brandon recommended some excellent service providers in the area and even took the time to take phenomenal pictures of our place to put on VRBO. Brandon’s someone we feel like we could call if we left the lights on at the house.
Beyond his real estate expertise, he’s just a cool guy so it’s fun to tour houses with him and work with him on drawing up an offer. We definitely made the right choice by picking Brandon as our agent and I’d highly recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in Lake Tahoe.
