Armani Exchange

DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
I placed an order at the Armani Exchange website and they sent me a order confirmation email and all. They deducted almost $ 60 on a gift card my wife bought for me and 3 weeks later nothing arrived and I decided to contact customer service. I contacted customer service FIVE TIMES to no avail.
1^st attempt was an email I sent with no response.
2^nd attempt I called and they asked me a few more days for to respond to the email.
3^rd attempt I called again and they said my order was «CANCELLED BY CORPORATE???» with no explanation whatsoever but according to the phone customer service people, they «cannot communicate with corporate except for emails that they take 3 days to respond’??? so I made them email corporate themselves for my
4^th attempt Which I got a response from them saying they did not charge me. Meanwhile my gift card is ZEROED!
5^th attempt, I emailed back and said they DID charge me almost $ 60 on my gift card and cleaned it out but sent me no merchandise??? Not even a notice email, call, letter, telegram, morse code or anything??? THAT IS THEFT!!!
After that I never got any responses from them. It has been weeks!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to be robbed also. They have HORRIBLE irregardful customer service and coudn’tcare lees if you’re happy or not or even if they lose you as a customer. It’s not about the 60 buck, it’s about the principal…
Avoid the possible headache, it’s not worth it.

I like this store. Always clean, the staff is very polite. Price available.

I can’t say enough good things about this Armani store and it’s staff!
My wife and I had read that the store was open until 11pm, but sadly right as we were about to open the door at 10pm someone locked it.
I went to the other door to see if it was open… Not gonna lie, I was hoping it was because I need some clothes for the evening.
The manager walked to the door and said,
«Do you need something for tonight?»
He then proceed to let us in to grab a few items,
I was stoked to say the least!
He was extremely helpful and patient while I grabbed a few items and then checked out.
Anyone in the area should definitely check this store out!

Dear Armani Exchange,
I love this location the best. You are always clean, neat and organized, which is what gets my OCD going the most. (I absolutely CANNOT spend money or shop in a store that is cluttered, messy, and disorganized.) Your staff is always extremely nice and outgoing, even going out of their way to ensure I’ve gotten all the discounts.
I’ve always enjoyed the brand and the overall design of the pieces. Armani Exchange just fits me well, and I don’t mind splurging to pay full price for something that looks like it was made just for me. Even better though, this location also has the best sales, and I can always snag an item or 2 from the rack. Just last weekend, I got a beautiful dress for the most amazing price. I was in heaven!

The same brand shop can appear at various malls in a city… but it’s good to know which one is less crowded or has better customer service… so I present you with this review! :)
I went to Sunset place for something else, and thought I would check out AX. since I was already there. The second I walked in, I did not feel like crazy, chaotic vibe I usually feel at the one in Dadeland. It appeared two people were working then.(it was a weekday evening).rather slow. Very personable and friendly staff that offered assistance without hovering.
This should be the motto of all clothing shop assistants! «Adequate, friendly assistance without hovering or additional inappropriate pressure or presence»
I tried several pairs of jeans that were on sale…$ 29! :) The guy was very helpful in checking in the back for it. Very pleased. will definitely make it a MUST-​STOP shop when I go to sunset place!\
Tip-​bits:
I am cheap, I park at Whole Foods and walk over.
They have good sales!
